Word of Caution: While is build (or any poison heavy build) is quite OP, it doesn't wipe the floor with every bosses. Lu Bu, since fire negates poison, will make your life hard if you want apply poison on him constantly, as his any fire imbued critical attack will nullify poison status.
The biggest challenge and pain in the butt for this build is, Sun Jian (Tiger) boss because he is immune to poison and since your most of the damage comes from keeping poison status going, he will fuck you up in no time.
These two need some improvision.
Not gonna lie. I was super skeptical of this build but it's great. I made an alternate version for the subtlety of metal perk which is also good and gives a bit more molten calamity damage.

You don't receive any perks or special effects from off-hand weapons (only the grace or set bonuses if they have them), so it doesn't matter what special effects you have on those.
Also a tip for future builds: show gameplay with low morale rank (where spells are unavailable) and bosses with resistances to your current loadout. It's good that you can melt Zhao Yun or Cao Cao, but those duels are relatively easy and you can do that without a min-maxed build (I know from experience since I always tested my new builds on Zhao Yun).
And while Lingbao's grace is great with the stacking debuffs, once they fix the poison trick (I'm not sure but I think this was unintentional) it will be less efficient. Shaohao however gives the enemy a permanent and not removeable debuff which only requires a critical blow deflect and can be used with other debuffs, that's why I consider it more useful than Lingbao.
Based on my tests (which were limited of course, but tried many combinations), one of the best build is combining Lingbao with Shaohao, either 5 Lingbao 2 Shaohao or 5 Shaohao 2 Lingbao. You need a set bonus mitigation for these loadouts but at the endgame every good build uses it, so it can be considered as a must-have.

@@roninshogun4eva Since my builds' main focus never were "melting bosses" then the answer is no. When I create a build, I try to make something that can be used in many situations, so they're a bit all-rounders which means good in many things but not outstanding in anything.
While I like to watch builds that can kill bosses in record time, I don't like to play in that playstyle. The only exception is when I farm something, in those cases I like to be efficient.
@@danivrd i make well rounded builds aswell. but as it stands at the moment all you need is a strong guding blade punch build and a strong ominous chill build and you have 90% of the game covered. guding for most humans and ice for most deamons. maybe the dlc will change that, we will see.

Is there a certain level I should reach or point in the game I should get to before I start a build or should I get to new game plus when I start?
I would start spending your skill point towards a build and spells asap but that’s about it. You can worry about the gear/embedments and stuff once you get to NG+ since you will find better gear on the regular difficulty fairly regularly!

Dude amazing build. I keep getting all these element enchants by doing the monkey farm on NG+ with 230 Luck and Equipment Drop Rate A+. Let me tell you this, I don't know if it is because I increased my luck to 230 but before I used farm monkeys all day with 181 luck and equipment drop rate A- and never got any element enchant. Now I with 230 luck and Equp.Drop Rate A+ I keep getting element enchants like crazy. I have like 30 fire, 20 Ice, 10 Stone, 10 toxin and like 3 Lightnint enchants lol

For what you stack Poisen attack too? you said, that you enhanced your weapon with Lightning, so you only makes lighting dmg in this situation, and your Spells are only poisen, but this are not attacks...more Debuffs... so for what both lightning and poisen?
Lightning enchant and attack power to apply the shock rebuff to the enemy quick, toxin attack power so your poison abilities do more damage and apply toxin faster as well. This way your regular melee can apply shock and Venmo snare applies poison rebuff in one cast since this build does the most damage when enemies are stacked with as many debuffs as possible. Hope that makes sense! Attack power boosts damage and accumulation both

So on this build you do the stagger dmg not with auto attacks, with your fighting art and this also works with fire? I want build this build but with Guiding blade, poisen and fire. This can work? Then I have a big stagger dmg and all accumulation for more dmg.
And you have the benefit, from poisen that the enemie earn more dmg from fire attacks
@@Toffi91 correct do it with any element as long as you have poison since the poison rebuff freezes all other debuffs and you never lose them!

Honestly I got the pieces from farming the Stone guys, but if you get a piece of the set put it on because you get better drop rates for it.

Mann that lingboa is extremely hard to get
It’s sort of hard. Farm the monkey farm on my channel, and when you get a piece of it put it in to keep farming. Greatly increases the chance you get the same gear
