That's the best looking 6 That I've seen on UA-cam. That wheel and tire setup is sick. That things a monster walking over everything u have put in front of it. I wonder what an OverDrive gear set in the front would do for it? Maybe throw rear steer at it. Because I haven't seen any of those modes yet on UA-cam that I'm aware of. But man I could watch this thing roll over stuff all day. Cool video bro. Keep them coming. I would love to have that same setup. I would just have Tone that body color down and do something custom with it. That's what I love doing. Making my own parts and modes. It's got to be something that I just can't make myself for me to go buy a part and there's not much that I haven't or can't make😂

great day for crawling, beautiful truck, keep it clean my friend, i do not smash my scx6 honcho at all, not yet ,lol, just got mine 2 weeks ago, and loving it!!some upgreads, servo,SHIFT x5 , and some aluminum braces and towers, my tires are proline supperswampers 2.9 and wheels,a fue more, but for now it,s raining here so i will watch you video,s ,and enjoy the show,,,, smash that like people!!

Did you get it yet?? I just ordered two last week! Jeep and Hancho! Yea it could use a better servo mount out the box but fully stock it’s AMAZZZZING especially if you let your back yard over grow. The mods come slowly over time based on tire needs.
Okay I do heavy amount of greasing myself but you went a little over kill and it’ll start spewing out at the breaings over time
I like all the bodies you have tried for the scx6. Would be cool to get a little more information about how you fit the xmaxx bodies and which ones you like the most
Great video topic! I’ll tag you when I put it out! I added magnets and did some cutting .. I’ll show you. My favorite for being strongest is the XMaxx 1951 Ford F-100 but I liked them all!

Those wheels make the truck look small lol😂 but definitely looks the part!!! Maybe not the best tires for crawling though as they are too firm.. maybe run without inserts for a squishier tire.

firm tires helps your CG, 2 stage fomes are the best i found yet, on prolines supperswampers🙂,they are sweet on mine!! and smash a big 5 servo to!!😁

Do the lights on the SCX-6 Honcho always have to be on when driving the truck?
Great question ... out of the box you're right, the lights are always on when the power is on ... but you could put the lights on a different channel or a switch to turn them on/off when you want

What type and brand of grease was that? And do you still love the SCX6? Any buyer's remorse?
I've spent a lot on upgrade parts but loving it as it is now - first one I pick up when heading on a run. The grease is motor grease for bearings ... Won't rebuy this one, the smell is atrocious
@@RickysGarageVibesbest use LiquiMoly LM 47 grease but don't pack too much in it since it's counter productive

No differential locking mod ?
all four wheels are engaged ... all wheel drive .. no gears to change just high and low gear

Were you able to stretch the tire to bead lock both sides? I can get my outer in the locks but the inner isn't ganna happen. I just left the inside edge curled in. I did get one to lock inner and outer but it looked really goofy.
