Hiya Duck! In this video, we are going to be doing some Halloween nails well kind of Halloween nails these nails are suitable throughout the whole of the Spooky season! Keep Watching!
So we have Andrea in the house today she already has a set on and they have been filled so we are ready to start this design I’m going to start this one off with the Base coat I'll give these a super thin layer of the base (no Treble!) and then that can go into the lamp.
Now I’m going to give the whole set a full cover of black so I’m using the Void Gel Polish and I’ll give the set two coats of that curing each.
Next up I’ll clean the sticky layer off of all of the nails with some clean-up solution on a lint-free pad and then I’ll apply the Matte top coat full cover across the whole set and I’ll give that a cure.
Now I'll decant some of my Gloss Top Coat onto my Pallet get my Lily Long legs brush and with the Gloss topcoat I'll draw some curved shapes onto the nail and then I'll fill in that shape with the topcoat and cure that and il repeat that throughout the set.
Now I’ll take my Liquid Chrome Chromatic and I’ll burnish that into the gloss topcoat using a rubber dubber, then I’ll topcoat just over that Liquid chrome using my Lily Liner brush but don’t cure that yet! We are doing Bubbles! I have here a little pot of washing up liquid and water I have given that a whoosh to get the bubbles going and I’m going to use my spatula to place the bubbles straight over that wet topcoat and then cure it! Repeat across the whole set.
I'll Decant some of the White Out Gel onto my pallet and with my Lily Liner brush I'll paint some partial spirals into these black circle segments and ill do that throughout the entire set then I'll clean the sticky layer off my white swirls and next up its time for Peridot the Green ink in the Neon Ink collection and ill use this to make my white green! I'll dab the ink over the green patches and give that a minute to dry and then we can seal in the white with the Matte topcoat and cure that then I'll finish up with a splash of cuticle oil and that’s it! One trick I found with using the bubbles; put a tiny splash of rubbing alchol into the soap mixture and it seems to help the bubbles stick and float along the topcoat.
I'm going to try this!

I love that you take your time showing each step of the way to do all your designs. As someone who has shakey hands and has the hardest time doing any micro detailing, the time you take is SUPER helpful. It helps me visualize how much space I need to give myself to fix any errors I may make while attempting this. Also, uneven squiggly circle lines would look good with this as well if I do mess-up. I take the Bob Ross approach when I do my nails. My "mess-ups" are happy accidents! Thank you so much! Much love from a fan in the U.S.! 💚

Yaaayy finally Andrea is back!!! Boy have i missed her! Where has she been?? Last i think we seen of her on your channel was when she was getting short nails bc she had either puppies or kittens! Little off subject but I'm loving your hair here Kirsty! It looks like a modern Farrah Flip. 😍😍😍 It's very flattering! I'm a fellow wash once a week girl too. My hair is naturally thick - like super duper thick - and naturally wavy/ slightly curly and dry as the desert. I keep it cut in a bob and it needs to be straightened to look the way i want so i wash it once a week right before bed then let it dry while i sleep then straighten it the next day. Even with the heat styling from the straightener it's still super healthy and shiny. And I think that's all down to only washing once a week.

Comment #2 You should of used one of your glow in the dark gel polishes that is closest to white at possible! Then the spirals would of been glow in the dark too!! Would of made them look even more Halloweenie!! 🎃👻🕸🎃👻🎃🕸

Those bubbles can be so fussy - I had the same problem the other day where they wouldn't detach from the scoop I was using.
Haven’t watched yet. But… I’m just designing my next set, and my son wants for my ‘hallowe’en’ nails, to be Pulp Fiction, Banksy, pop arty inspired 😳 I’ll get back to watching. ❤

Unfortunately in my area the salons are all shit or impossible to get into so I just buy stickers and do them myself. My Halloween nails are going to be that purple and black with bats and moons.
