You're wrong, don't need to finish the Joker Cup in master. Just after every three GP's that you beat in different difficulties, you'll unlock a new row of machines.
Just finished every cup on Master mode with every racer and I was wondering what you meant earlier by enemies of a racer thing. Yeah I didn’t realize until a few racers into the play through that there’s always seemingly the same three racers always following you no matter where you are in the race like how Captain Falcon always has Black Shadow, Blood Falcon, and Samurai Goroh with you no matter where you are usually. There’s also usually 3 other racers sometimes chosen often depending on who you use that are always at the top spots in points.
@@BrunowskiGaming It's a bit tricky to do on an N64 since the code requires the use of the L button. On the title screen, input L-Shoulder, Z, R Shoulder, Up-C, Down-C, Left-C, Right-C, Start. If you do it correctly it will unlock every difficulty, cup and machine.
No he's wrong, you just need to beat all 3 grand prix in different difficulty you want (Novice standard and expert by exemple). After every three GP's that you beat in different difficulties, you'll unlock a new row of machines.
@@rockmanx8011 In theory, you could get all racers in just four cups if you beat them all on Expert. Beating Jack Cup on Expert also counts as winning it on Beginner and Standard for the ship unlocks (not sure if it counts for the alternate title screens, however). You get a new row of ships for every 3 X's above a cup.
This machine gets massively overhyped. It's a decent machine, but a lot of less experienced players claim it's the best machine in the game when it's really just decent.
@@TK-466 Overhyped doesn't mean bad, just considered better than it actually is. Its high traction makes it easy to drive but locks it out of slider strats, and it has too much weight and not enough boost for use as a jumper. This limits it to casual play, although it's very good in that environment.

Wait you have to beat cups in order to unlock machines? I thought you could unlock them with a button combination in the main menu
You could. But most people don't use that button combination.
@@custom-r Oh, I didn’t know that. I remember that a friend unlocked the characters for me using the combination
Interesting, i've been playing this a couple months now, i've never heard about a combination to unlock the machines on this.
It’s a cheat code

You have to beat Joker on Master to unlock the last row of machines? That is a big oof

Ive never seen anybody claim this machine is the best in X
So where’s the issue?
