Very interesting and a little scary, the direction this is all headed. I wonder if photography as we know it will even be a thing in a decade…
I would say it wont even be a thing as we know it in a year or two. Think about how far along it is now and its just in its beta. Now we can add objects that werent there to begin with and it looks pretty seamless and realistic already. I find it pretty exciting though, i think this really does open up a whole new world of creativity for creatives. But i believe photography at its core will never go away, i mean look at the analog community now, its huge. Theres even camera manufactures still making film cameras now too. I see this as just another medium, but curious to hear your thoughts.
Question do the photos you extend comes with a line where u extended them from and like blurry how to fix that?
Sometimes it does and youll have to blend it, theres a lot of different ways you can blend them together to make it seamless. Its method works differently so its hard to say which to recommend as it ultimately depends on the image.
I think the Ai is too smart for its own good. And recognizes a lake shouldn't be on the garage. I noticed this with a few of my edits trying to add tree's in non idealistic spaces. Hopefully when photoshop releases the non beta version of this they can address that. Because being able to blend fantasy and reality will be super dope.
I agree but i also think it just depends on your selec tion and prompt overall. It takes some learning and getting used to but you can create some really crazy things with it just as it is. Will be incredible to see how far this tech goes. Ive been loving it though, really does allow you to get creative in ways we never could before, right?!
I’m going to keep playing with it. I can’t get results like that and idk what I’m doing wrong lol
takes practice but shouldnt be too hard! Just make sure youre making a proper selection and entering a descriptive prompt! I may actually do another video on these things and going in a little deeper on how to produce better results. You may be able to pick up on some of the techniques i use in my most recent video though.
