Hi everyone, hope you've all had a fab week:) So lots of outfit ideas today with my recent haul from the High St. How nice is Mango at the minute, really impressed with their collection right now. And that White Company cardigan is insanely cosy, love it! I'd love to hear your favourites? We were vacationing on the North Sea last week and I saw women wearing long puffer wests over a dress. Even boutiques selling these puffer wests. Looked really smart!
I am too short to wear something like this but the tall women looked really good in them.

I ordered two puffer coats from M&S 😊I’m waiting for them to arrive though I really like the styles and colours. I agree that Mango has some lovely autumnal items. The White Company, Zara and H&M pieces are also good additions to an autumn wardrobe. I’ve invested in a few items from Zara and Sézane as I’m curious what is coming from the festive season.
What did you think to the M&S ones in the end? Keepers? x
@@FashionStyleEdit Hi Jess, apologies for the late reply. I was floored by a nasty cold and only tried on the M&S coats yesterday. I love them both though the light khaki green of the shorter jacket is not my colour. The longer navy coat is lovely and a keeper.

Hi Jess. I love your new hairstyle. I bought an amazing puffer coat which was in a higher price range but in a very unusual style (tulip?) from an Italian company called Degradé,however,I couldn’t really find a decent site for them except on FB. I feel really chic in it- not easy with a puffer jacket or coat! I’m very fond of the loose,straight trouser style and think it’s comfortable and elegant. I’ve just purchased some jeans in that cut and can’t wait to wear them! 🧡🍂🍁

I was having a hard time finding some of the pieces in the Mango web site for the United States. I love that blue shirt dress. I have never tried to shop on the Mango site in England that you link and then have them ship to the U.S. Not sure that would work. Thanks again. :-)

I love this Autumn Haul, especially the colors. Please tell me, Jess, how do you keep your foundation from transferring to a light colored puffer jacket? The one you chose has that beautiful high neck collar, but I would be so worried that my foundation would be all over it!
Hi Trisha, hope you're well lovely:) In all honesty I'm not actually wearing foundation at the minute, I'm trying to give my skin chance to breathe a little as my eczema went a little bonkers! But I must admit I previously never really noticed it being a problem, maybe really fixing the powder in place stops it smearing on my clothes? If any make-up artists see this comment could you let us all know the secret please! x

Just FYI: you look great in puffer jackets, but for me, I’m a size 10/12, it adds weight on me and I can’t buy them, but I do like them.
Hi Jo, they’re one of those ‘Marmite’ pieces aren’t they, people seem to love them or hate them. And I agree the long versions aren’t the most flattering are they! I think I’m my head I’m thinking, side of a freezing cold football pitch come Winter and I know that puffer will feel like a big warm hug😂 Perhaps you could look at the quilted jacket trend instead? They’re not so puffy and probably a little more elegant. M&S have some great designer dupes atm x

Not sure why everybody is advertising Paris Pollen Bags, I fought one, and regret it, the magnetic clutch is not working , bag keep opening all the time. Very disappointed .

Cost of delivery i is high, because of VAT now.n, it will be very expensive to send it back , and pay again for on other bag.

White company is fabulous, half of my wardrobe is from there, usually great quality, wool, cotton, silk, jumpers are fantastic, and the cut of the coats supper, bought beautiful black wool coat, love it.
Don't blame you Sonia, they have such gorgeous pieces! I love the furniture and homeware too. In fact when I walk in the shop I think, I could just happily live here haha! I just bought some fluffy slippers from them yesterday, they're sales on atm so might be worth a look x

That blue dress is soooooo beautiful, does this fabric wrinkle easily? I’m always on the hunt for practical fabrics, and I’d never heard of this one.
Isn't it fab, not really wrinkly at all. I must admit I was nervous ironing it he first time but it came out beautifully. I'm imagining because of sustainability and the cost of the fabric we shall be seeing this one a lot more. Fingers crossed anyhow! x

Ooooh some gorgeous items in that haul. I ventured into H&M the other day, got a couple of nice pieces in their sale racks and a smart pair of black trousers but sadly they’re too tight around the waist, so I’ll have to return them. I’ve never bought trousers from H&M so just took a punt on my usual size 14. I really like them and the length was perfect for my shortarse legs, but not sure whether a 16 would come up long on me. Might have to do a comparison on leg length when I return them.

I've been obsessively looking for a pair of pleated trousers all week (when I'm supposed to be working, much of the time) so I get what you're saying about the difficulty of making sure they're loose enough (but not sloppy). (I thought they looked great on you, actually!) I've gone back and forth thinking I should get vintage '80s cotton pants online vs. new, but then I worry I could very well get burned ordering something I can't return, because I'm 5'4" with a short waist, so ordering this type of trouser online could mean I'll waste my money and be stuck with unreturnable awful pants. Thanks for the great, well thought out video!

I think the tailored trousers with the white shirt looked fabulous Jess. But it's about what you feel comfortable with I know. Loved the White Company long cardigan too.
