6kg in 3 weeks is great news mate. Keep up the great work. Loving the thumbnail haha. Not being able to get a drink at any of the cafes must be a sign that 1 you need to go else-wear and 2 trying to keep you on track with the diet. Amazing vid again Dave. You will smash that 1k subs soon.
exellent start mate! I'm just starting the same routine (in my own way). I had a heart attack in August last year and got treatment (angioplastic and stents). Like a chimneysweep. I gained 15 kilos and lost a lot of condition. Getting better now. I also want to fit in my leathers in two or three months🤣. Also stopped smoking after 45 years. i'm starting to get more air in my lungs now. also started walking and a bit of training. feels good. keep the faith - you're on the right path man! summer comes😁
Wow that sucks mate but I'm glad you're on the other side of it. Put it all behind you mate. The path ahead is brighter! Good luck with your conditioning buddy. Summer is coming :)
Your H2 SX SE Tourer is damn amazing! The way the Super Charger kicks in... Never sell it unless you can upgrade to a newer version that is worth moving to.
Eat like a king for breakfast, then fast through the day if you must, but brekky is definitely the meal to eat. I'm glad you said that, as I was gonna try and make it, but I wouldn't of been able to keep up on my forza lol. If I can I would love to meet up with you guys. Thanks for sharing and see you on your next adventure ✌️ 🤙 🤟
I'm not in any way an expert or knowledgeable about any diets. However, I've seen amazing results from people who are on the carnivore diet only. No carbs, no vegetables etc. Obviously make sure your not having any health issues that would cause you more problems etc, but with more research and understanding of additional vitamins needed to keep you healthy and "regular" such as magnesium supplements etc, you can lose weight and gain muscle. Always eat the fat, you need it for nutrition and healthy gut etc.
the funny thing is everything you are talking about weight and cutting out sugar and chocolate, But you need to have a breakfast its good for your body giving it a good start. I stopped my crunchy nuts flakes and now on weetabix with no sugar just blue berry just no extra stuff . Cant stop smoking as I did do that in the first place LOL . the doc's told me my weight at a medical like you the heaviest Ive ever been 88.6kg and in 6 weeks ish down to 82kg not changed my dinners just stopped chocolate and stuff I shouldnt have on a daily but I may have one at the weekend LOL I have also gone from 2 sugars in tea to none finding it hard with coffee though. I have noticed my jeans that I got to fit me now are falling down LOL Keeping it it will be worth it As for the ride I like that road 😁
Nice one buddy and thanks for the top tip regarding brekkie. I may switch to just breakfast if I plateau and see how that fairs. Stopping smoking is very difficult. Probably one of the most difficult things to give up. I still don’t consider myself clear of it yet as I’m vaping. Baby steps pal. You have to give up these things in your head first before you try I’ve found 🫡
Great progress mate keep going 💪🏼
Loved it mate, also moved on to the one meal a day, agree with the losing behind the ears first, my ears now fit into a size 8
Haha nice one buddy. Best of luck with it although, I did just have 2 pieces of toast 😵
@@MotovlogUK you’re going to hell, I just had 2 Maryland cookies

@@MotovlogUK cheers fella, hopefully see you all soon 👍
I had the rotor cuff injury, it's sore and took a good six months till I could use it properly. Still only have 75% of usage after four years.
Yea it’s a nightmare. Did my left one a few years ago now the right. Horrible injury
