with all the packs you have, instead of chaos draft have you thought of doing a chaos sealed deck night, just put a whole bunch in a bag and have people pick them out
You could even draft the packs so people could try and get some meshing themes. Either snake drafting from a pool, or everyone gets six take one pass them on.
More Wheeler Content on LRR always makes me happy, no matter when he pops up. Boy, talk about a guy who really grew into himself since his first appearance on LRR vids.
I think it was after he came out publicly 'in the media' (or at least this tiny part of it), or at least started mentioning it onscreen a little more. Seems like when it became general common knowledge, he was just like "Yeah, THIS is the real me.". Not in a massive way, but enough to be able to be truly comfortable with himself. Which makes sense - you saw the same with Graham and Kathleen back in the day when they were not mentioning their relationship (not that they denied it as such) for fear it might lose viewers when, when they did, it just humanised them even more and so they could be their true selves.
@@andrewsparkes8829 Honestly, I just meant that Ben went from a skinny kid who was a background character in the first Friday Nights video to an absolute unit of a man who was bright, colorful, has glasses, a unique hairstyle, and just generally went from kind of an introvert on camera to an entertaining extrovert.
@@KakuEpsilon Right: He essentially embraced his flamboyance with his look, which he likely thought he had to hide in case it made his sexuality 'too obvious'. Obviously straight men can be flamboyant too, but you see gay men try to hide it more before they come out because they think the world will 'find them out' and they do not want that so they purposefully dress more boringly and have blander hairstyles. Same goes for having a more outgoing personality: The less you say, the less you may accidentally say something which reveals your sexuality, so are at least more careful with how they say things. Whereas now he literally doesn't give a shit what people find out so can just say anything.
@@andrewsparkes8829 Either way, I'm glad it happened to him, and honestly, I'm glad the whole of LRR seems a lot more comfortable with themselves and their community than... well most of the internet/world.
31:17 The reason why he didn't have to say the cycling cost is that it was always 2 back then. It wasn't until Onslaught block that different cycling costs were introduced and they got a bit more creative with cycling.
*sigh* you literally typed out "wheeler/lrr"? What a missed opportunity to say "wheelrr". This pun brought to you by watching too many episodes of north100.
Beej is just killin these TTCs. That low-key Dune reference during the Circle of Protection tight pants bit got me. Nice to see Ben here too... Fun to watch all around.
Fun Fact: Dark Ritual is one of only two cards ever printed with the type "Mana Source", the other being Culling the Weak from Exodus (B - Sac a creature: Add BBBB).
Kaladesh was easy, I was a little shaky on the Puzzleknot but the others were fine, even the Express. It helps that Kaladesh was very deep, so most of the commons were playable and easier to remember as a result.
Would it ever be possible to get a button collection for purchase? I live in the UK so ordering from card Kingdom is crazy for shipping but I’ve always wanted these buttons.
I love the fact that in 6th edition you have a ton of vanilla cards but then there is also one of the more skill-intensive spell in the form of doomsday.
My vote on what to do to trim down the massive amount of packs in the moon base is to set aside one pack of every different set you have, then do a Crack and Yak stream where you open the rest.
If I remember correctly, 6th Edition was called "Classic" because WotC reused a whole bunch of older art, when at the time they were using the more comic-book style approach from Tempest, Masques and Invasion blocks. Also, as you probably figured out, they made a push to go back to basics without going full Portal.
Stump Wheeler 1g 2/2 human uncommon Tap stump wheeler and sacrifice a tapped forest: put two +1/+1 counters on target artifact, which becomes a vehicle with crew 1 if it is not already a vehicle.
Well that pack successfully demonstrated why Avacyn Restored is much maligned. The amount of junk in there is nuts. Especially since there is just such disparity between a few borderline unbeatable commons and uncommons and a large number of borderline (if not completely) unplayable cards in the set.

I am in favor of Chaos Sealed! It would probably be messy as hell deck wise, but it would be fun for us viewers for sure!
great idea I haven't thought about that
Cannot upvote this enough. Can't wait for that poor sucker that gets a homelands pack.
Tracy Sanford I really hope they do this it would be so incredibly janky and so much fun

I've been interested in seeing more wheeler/lrr content for a long time. Love the TTC!

More Wheeler pls. This and that LRL segment are gold.
This trio is amazing. I love the episode.
THE GAY PRINCE OF MAGIC HAS GRACED TTC WITH HIS PRESENCE!
ALL HAIL!
ApocalypseNW but...Ajani wasn’t in this episode...
Loved having a Wheeler on this episode. Hope to see more of them on future episodes!
Wheeler was so demure his first time on TTC. My how far we've come.
Great episode everyone. always nice to see more wheeler. I even manged to get a couple he missed, mostly due to my weird love for the portal sets.
I love me some Wheeler. I hope he's around for more TTCs!
It has probably been well documented that Ben Wheeler is a welcome addition to TTC, but I'm going to say it again anyways
Fun Fact: Dark Ritual is one of only two cards ever printed with the type "Mana Source", the other being Culling the Weak from Exodus (B - Sac a creature: Add BBBB).
Whealer is a treat.
dang pretty good value on that urza pack with the carpet and morphling!
Hello yes he is Wheeler
More Wheeler = More quality content.
Kaladesh was easy, I was a little shaky on the Puzzleknot but the others were fine, even the Express. It helps that Kaladesh was very deep, so most of the commons were playable and easier to remember as a result.
ben wheeler i love you
GASP A WHEELER
I love how casually they tore into a $150 booster pack there.
MY BOY
the more wheeler the better
Love that Kaladesh mythic! One of my favorite cards out of that set.
Cant be blocked by humans you say..... Thats a much better card than i thought
Hello, yes, he is Wheeler.
14:19 Just noticed you have a bit of a mice problem. I hope it got sorted out by now :P
Would it ever be possible to get a button collection for purchase? I live in the UK so ordering from card Kingdom is crazy for shipping but I’ve always wanted these buttons.
"I have never seen this card in my life" well duh it is an UNSEEN walker
I love the fact that in 6th edition you have a ton of vanilla cards but then there is also one of the more skill-intensive spell in the form of doomsday.
That Ben Wheeler is a delightful human being
Engagement for the engagement god!

More Wheeler please!!!
#wewantwheeler all the time
I am wheely surprised!
Stump the Wheeler doesn't sound as good as Stump the Vargas but it was a lot of fun. hope Ben makes a return
Classic sixth is such an underrated set

Stump Wheeler
1g 2/2 human uncommon
Tap stump wheeler and sacrifice a tapped forest: put two +1/+1 counters on target artifact, which becomes a vehicle with crew 1 if it is not already a vehicle.
When your friend 6th Edition makes a joke:
Classic 6th Edition!
All the talk about price of Morphling and Goblin Lackey and the most expensive card in the pack was Carpet of Flowers just by a couple dollars though.
seeweda i thought carpet of flowers is like $5
nebDDa Nope 15-$17 for pack fresh copies on TCGPlayer.
27:32 Is that a JoJo reference?
The three BESTEST BOYS. Can I be the meat in this sandwich?
