India’s longest arch bridge takes shape! : Arch

The Mumbai Coastal Road Project (MCRP) has taken a significant step forward, as construction efforts to connect the Worli end of the Coastal Road with the Bandra-Worli Sea Link have commenced.
The Coastal Road Project, a long-awaited infrastructure endeavour, is completed of its first phase, marking a significant milestone in Mumbai's transportation landscape.
In this video we will show you

The 136-metre steel girder for the bow-string arch bridge, which is to be erected to link the Mumbai Coastal Road with Bandra Worli Sea Link (BWSL), arrived in Worli in the wee hours of Thursday. The girder, weighing up to 2,000 MT, was transported via the Arabian Sea from the Nhava Sheva jetty in Raigad, 65 km from Worli.
