Great video! I had no idea there were so many common mistakes when it comes to taking Vitamin D. It’s crazy to think that something as simple as timing or pairing it with the right nutrients could make such a difference in its effectiveness. Definitely going to rethink how I take mine now. Maybe a different type of magnesium, there are many, or a lower dose would help. Magnesium Glysinate is a good general magnesium. Start slowly and work up to the full dose or more, if you need it and it works for your body. Avoid magnesium oxide due to its laxative effect.
I've been taking magnesium citrate during the day and magnesium glycinate before bed, I also take 3000mg of vitamins D and 1 vitamin D with K2 to get my 4000mg of D with my dinner as vitamin D is fat soluble
