Did Don Felder Plagiarize Jethro Tull On Hotel California?

It's hard to know but clearly Felder had heard the Tull song when the band opened for them prior to Don being asked to join The Eagles. Either way, Ian Anderson says Hotel is a far better song than "We Used To Know". The sad thing is people should get to hear this Tull classic on the radio since it had an influence on one of the biggest songs in rock history.
