Yes truly is very functional! 5 cars can fit on the undercover drive, no garage. It's extremely rare to find homes with double glazing in South Africa as it's not needed like in other colder climates, such as Europe. This home has traditional single panels.

The house is nice,but did anyone see those huge stones sitting there in the back, they have a hurricane,those stones coming down on top of that house, and i bet its hard to get that house insured, i love the house too

In cape town, we don't have hurricanes or tornados, or mudslides. That is literally a mountain not a stone, so for it to fall, the entire mountain would have to fall with it.
not well thought out - not enough car parking, too many bedrooms and not enough living space, deck is sacrificed to shoe horn a 'stretched limo' type swimming pool - looks like the architects like to create concrete slabs but didn't really try to try to put together a well connected home, rather a series of self serviced bedrooms with sea views and marble facilities - a smaller indoor pool with more main floor & decking space would have been more to the point - I would have sent the architect back to the drawing board to create a well thought out and interconnected home.
