As a die hard loyalist... The emperor is mid in this ranking of liked characters... It just. He has no interesting lore, no 11/10 books, every bit of info we have about the emperor is actually about the people around him and not him specifically... Now if they actually start to expand on his lore, personality and character development then I'm sure he would be SSS tier. But so far all we have is "people worship him as a god, and he's a magic skeleton on a gold chair stopping daemons from eating Earth"
