I sure hope she doesn't marry Quinn. Personally I'm appalled that their relationship is a thing at all... it was literal grooming. A 20 year old with a 17 year old? Big yikes. Hate this show for glorifying grooming. I'm really hoping they'll break up and Georgie will find someone better who doesn't get the hots for minors.
I don't think they're going to move forward with any development from the Quan character he's not considered a part of heartland because they don't really use them enough for fans to really care. So I believe they can move to Georgia character along with somebody else without ever explaining why they written him out.
