Good Future - Panic Puppet is now turned into a thriving amusement park. The race tracks are in place of the mines and railway systems that used be in the Present. The stage is in shades of diamond blue and gold, adorned with tricolor flags, and has sections of a roller coaster's track built on it. A large white castle topped with prism spires is in place of the Dr. Eggman tower, glowing for all to see. The twilight sky shows a starry image of Sonic's face up above, complete with colorful fireworks blasting up there. While it is fun and games for everyone who comes there, it is time for Sonic to finally make a cathartic triumph over Eggman!
remix ideas: -Scrap Brain: Would be cool to see a combination of the 16-bit and 8-bit themes -Endless mine: Already a banger, and would absolutely LOVE a remix of it -Mushroom hill: one of the last remaining S3&K tracks -Marble: this zone doesn’t get enough love
Speaking of Marble, once AGAIN I offer my idea of twisting the main theme on the BF so that it sounds evil, like Tidal Tempest. Didn't work for an underwater zone, could work wonders for a lava based underground zone.
The piano in the background really sells the idea of the "serenity" of the good future! Plus, with all the twinkle and sparkle sound effects, it gives the idea of some sort of magical space adventure. Possibly a reference to what this song eventually became in a certain adventure? Another great song, this and the Past mix are my favorite.
The birds chirping was probably mostly a reference to this taking place on Flicky Island but i also like to think it's a callback to D.A. Garden aka Dubious Depths G mix
I love how the flickies in the background are congratulating Sonic's success for saving Panic Puppet. The piano solo from the Saturn version can barely be recognized, only more uplifting (in major key) to complement the twinkly feeling. Like the Bad Future, it has a faster tempo than the Present track, but the way the Good Future changes drastically from the Present speaks volumes for what used to be a nightmare to become a paradise.
I like the piano here, it connects it to the present, and through that, the bad future. But while there it represented the last glimmer of hope, here it’s popping off!
Bill Nye Panic Zone but you considered the following: Good Future: Panic Puppet has been turned into a massive lush aviary, with flickies flying about in the background.
Good Future: Panic Puppet has been transformed into a thriving theatre with actors and tourists pouring in to see great performances and spectacles. On top of all that what was once Eggman’s base is now a high speed amusement park with roller coasters.
I can say beyond shadow of a doubt that you’ve finally outdone your G Mixes for Ice Cap and Volcano Valley. This remix is PEAK. Anyway, here’s my description of the time zone: The Sun is shining brilliantly over what used to be one of Eggman’s bases, which is now an extension of Green Grove. Countless technological trees, flowers and other fauna dot the landscape, multiple statues of Sonic can be seen as well, and the many, many Flickies flutter around, happily chirping as if singing their thanks to their true blue hero!
GF: A beautiful futuristic exotic nature preserve sits in the middle of a sprawling grassland. It seems to go on for miles, and is filled to the brim with exquisite and exotic wildlife. Some frolicking gayly in watering holes, some chasing each other predator and prey style, some swinging from palm tree to palm tree, and even some just lazily sunbathing on big rocks. Yes it's a picturesque day to view the animals in their natural habitat but unfortunately there's a big, fat, greasy, pig named Robotnik trying to go wee wee wee all the way home, and we can't let that happen right? Let's fry his bacony butt one last time for old times sake ok?
Good Future: Within the former halls of the madman, a new form of artistic life has been created. Now converted into a massive multistory theater for actors and aspiring writers to stake their claim in, the halls that once belonged to the titan of industry now sing with the passionate bellows of actors both indie and professional, with many more dedicating their lives to the craft of theater.
Panic Puppet GF: After the destruction of Panic Puppet in act 3, the place has been reconstructed and turned into a city. Panic Puppet now has blue colored spotlights similar to the ones in stardust speedway, moving left and right. Since this is a good future, there aren't any badniks anymore so Sonic can freely roam around. The giant Eggman building is now replaced with a giant Sonic one with spotlights all around it. In the upper part of the backround, you get a nice view of a blue mountain range (very similar to the ones in wacky workbench past) with a very starry sky and the moon shining in the corner above it, while in the lower part of the bg, you can see the giant Sonic statue and a city with lots of spotlights and colors. The level design is much more faster, giving you a "speedway" type feel while also being the color of shining gold. Some bumpers and slot machines are placed around the level but everytime someone continuously gambles at the slots, they automatically get three eggman slots, lose all their money and get banned to teach them a lesson because gambling is bad.
You should make US style futures for JP tracks and JP style futures for US tracks, that would be a neat idea that hasn't been done before. Imagine how cool tidal tempest jp would sound, or palmtree panic us
I have an idea for new tracks that no one has ever done before: A Halloween CD-style level. Mystic Cave, Pumpkin Hill, Mystic Mansion, Hang Castle are creepy levels, but how would the Past, Bad and Good Future versions sound? You can do it very creatively here
The remix was really cool, but the remixes of the stages are still missing are the remixes of the stages "Titanic Monarch from Sonic Mania", "Lava Reef from Sonic 3 & Knuckles", and "Spring Yard from Sonic the Hedgehog 1".
(Panic Puppet Present) Panic Puppet Zone (Panic Puppet Past) Panic Plains Zone (Panic Puppet Bad Future) Wicked Puppet Zone (Panic Puppet Good Future) Twinkle Puppet Zone
Now that you’ve done remixes for another final stage like Death Egg/Titanic Monarch, does that mean the background color is going to change again for the next set?
@@troytinnirello8673 I wasn't planning to change the background color, but maybe I should. The main reason I did before is because I had previously retired the project, after which I started using more powerful software for my covers. So (for me, at least) there's a pretty big distinction between my older Sonic CD remixes and the more recent bunch. Maybe I need to take another hiatus from this project...
@km_studios I would like to imagine the original green background as Season 1 of the project and the current pink one as Season 2. Since you've been spacing out the uploads for each zone to prevent burnout, your work has definitely been improving with each video. Should you ever decide to take another break from the project, I know I would hate to see you go, but I also know that you'll cook up some heat upon your return (for the supposed Season 3)
@@km_studios taking a hiatus might be what you need, I felt like Panic Puppet Bad Future felt a bit rushed, Maybe just do what you want for a bit and come back when you’re ready
I would be pretty if Season 3 would be more Dreamcast and Modern focused... So far the only example is him covering Sonic Advance 3. I would be really happy if he did Final Fortress from Heroes or something from Colors... but maybe that's a bit too much to expect...

Me when I found out that the Sonic 3D intro used this music: 😃
Me when they brought it back for Twinkle Park: 🤩
There was also another track from Sonic 3D Blast that was also reused in Sonic Adventure (which is Green Grove act 1), not just Panic Puppet act 1

Yes, even your Good Future remix of Oil Ocean is fantastic, too.😉 Keep up the good work.
I knew this would be a beautiful banger based on Act 1. I love it.

I remember your soundtrack comparison from many years ago and now you're in my recommended again. Time flies. And the track sounds good, I think.
