Thank you for the good video I would like to know if the mosfet has no resistance between source and drain ie buzzer sounds in change of the leads does it mean it's faulty
Thanks for the knowledge and the great work. Please is there any trick to easily identify the Gate, drain and source pin without consulting the datasheet of that particular mosfet?. Thanks

You should be more precise of how to measures rDS_on as its a function of VGS and this value is given in the datasheet at certain testing conditions. Otherwise viewer’s will complain there rDS_on wont match the product datasheet. Your multimeter has probably a Vo of about 2-3 volts which is usually way lower then VGS to calculate rDS_on
I have seen you and others test mosfets before but this is the best video I have seen so far.
thanks a lot
Nice description Haseeb sir to check mosfets..
Thank you very much, this is the first time I have seen such a clear and precise explanation, thank you for everything! I follow you religiously!
best regards and special thanks for your valuable comment
stay blessed
Awesome video dear friend 😊

Bien 👍 bonne journée 👋
thanks a lot
Thank you for this explanation. What is the reason for the recovery diode? Why do some mosfets have them and others don't?

Are there special condition a diode doesn't show voltage drops on the circuit and it's good?
Thanks for sharing,,,salamalaykom,,
Welcome 😊
God bless you for the valuable content as usual, it will be great if you pick a modern ATX psu for your next repair tutoriels, thank u.
best regards and sure i will try to arrange
