Hi Sir. Thank you for posting youtube videos. Learned a lot from your channel. You explained it so clearly and also the concept of electronics. Hoping you could clarify something for me. I have a SMPS for my AV Receiver. There was a hissing sound (like changing frequency sound ) coming out of the speaker. So I replaced the capacitor. The hiss still remained despite changing the capacitor. I suspected that the chopper transformer has been affected by the capacitor drying up. Is it possible for the chopper transformer to get damaged and cause the hissing sound. Because I removed the chopper transformer and then retaped it and it seems to have solved the problem. But I am not sure what the long term solution is to this. Thank you.
Hi sir . When I use a multimeter I can find 318V DC in Primary side ( HOT side) of the Chopper but I can't find voltage in the secondary side, It's less than 1V . What might be the Problem? Thank you
Sir plz take the things in order first of all you should teach basic circuits and their analysis and Design and then tell us about different protection circuits and then move towards power supplies , amplifier .. bcz you is doing a Great job if you keep all the concepts arrange it is very helpful for engineers.
Good teaching Kindly do a video to explain more on inductor design and how to calculate inductor value for emi filter, linear power supply filtering and smps out put filtering Thanks
It would have been perfect if you have compared the relationship between inductive reactance, frequency, current, size of transformer. Overall very interesting explanation
best regards basically there are too many parameters in magnetic design such as voltage, frequency, duty cycle, inductance, turns, bmax etc but in any transformer, the BH curve is very very important, which base on magnetizing current and the inductor turns it is expressed as Ampere - Turns. if we follow this curve, then frequency, voltage, duty time, inductance, permeability, bmax are involved in magnetizing current (H) transformer size is also covered n the same BH curve
in transformer there is relation of magnetizing current and magnetizing force (in BH curve, The magnetizing force (H) is equal to the product of magnetizing current and the number of turns, and is expressed as Ampere - Turns. ) so current depends on voltage, frequency, inductance and duty cycle if voltage will increase, the current increases if frequency increases, the current decreases if inductance increases, current decreases if duty cycle increases the current increases there are too many parameters involved in magnetic design but the basic elements to considered are current and inductance
Sir my other question is 5v 1a charger and i want increase ampere upto 2 to 3 ampere fix please sir i want do that need help . Sir i want take your whatsapp number please sir

Thanks for this video..
I wanted to ask.. Can broken magnetic cores be repaired?
Thanks a lot
No broken cores aren't repairable
Nicely explained first and best Tech channel
Sir you are unique❤
Nice explanation, make the function more clear.
best regards
sure i will make it in more details,
i am planning to make chopper transformer testing process. so in that video, i will dig it deeper
