  • As you may know this car car has a history with me. I've done a lot of work on it in the shop I used to work in, but it was never finished there. I have over 20 videos on my channel about it and now I have a chance to continue the work and finish it. For those of you who are relatively new to my channel I made this video in which I briefly show all the work that has been done in that shop. If you are too bored to watch all the 20 episodes you have a chance to bring yourself up to date with this video before I resume with the rest of the work. I am sure you will enjoy this video even if you've watched the progress at the time, as it was 4-5 years ago and you might need to refresh your memories.

This video was a good recap of what you have done on the car. I'm looking forward to watching it all come together into a finished car.

My favorite part is twenty seconds 8:40 to 9.00. Inspiring. Rusty Beauties is also the inspiration for my having cleared out the garage in 2023.

Wow! It's really strange to see that old footage that I saw so long ago. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to seeing this car come together. Thanks a lot for making this effort, Elin!

It was really nice to see the original restoration work you did at the Limousine Centre again. I remember there was an issue and work stopped, so it will be great seeing the job finally completed.

I originally found your channel when you were still working there. Thanks for the recap...I think I watched all of the original videos some time ago.

Elin, I'm really looking forward to the future episodes on this Beauty. I still need to go a long way to come into the same stage with my project (close to finishing the assembly of the frame) - but the episodes will help me a lot, in future. Good luck!

thanks Elin, I appreciate the quality of the instruction from you and Chef regarding the mechanical side, but I also really appreciate the quality of the video production from both of you. It would have taken considerable time to go through the past videos to select clips for this one. Would you and Chef consider a video on how you manage to make such excellent videos ? This summary gives a good overview view of what you did, but the videos give the detail of what was done, which is what gave me the knowledge and inspiration to do the frame and engine on my TR 6. I still have not decided if I will do all the fenders and rear deck, as my fenders are fiberglass and metal ones are expensive. In the mean time with the incentive you gave me I have a daily driver TR 6 once again.

Happy is an understatement. Without Elin’s help I’d have a lot of boxes of parts and a shinny red body. I am very very lucky.
