I agree that the thrill of the hunt is so exciting. I had a great score yesterday at the Goodwill. I just happen to collect My Little Pony G1's. Yesterday, my daughter and I found 3 bags stuffed full of vintage My Little Pony for $5.99 each! There was 20 G1's in the bags. They also had 23 G2's and G3's which I collect also. The remaining newer 27 ponies are all being resold at a tidy profit.... Yay...
I went to my Goodwill on Thift Store Day when everything was 50% off. I didn't go until 4:30 in the afternoon so I wasn't hopeful of finding anything great. The first thing I looked at was a black denim Frank & Eileen maxi dress for $3.50!!! It was factory distressed which might be why no one had bought it. I live in Montana so it is not a common brand here. It sold in 1 hour for $220.😎
@@thecanarycloset thanks for watching!! And I’m sure there are so many others worth a lot so now it’s a section in the active wear I always check! Betty Designs, MAAP and Specialized are the best selling ones I’ve found so far.
Great video! Thank you for participating! lol, I get what you mean when you say the Veronica beard blazer will always be on your list! Aviator nation will always been on mine! You can definitely find Frank & Eileen. I found 3 pieces a couple of weeks ago at a middle of the cornfield Illinois small town goodwill! This is your year for a VB blazer! I found an Acicia coverup on a new rack at goodwill. I have it listed for $125! I didn’t know about the brand but I need to look for it!
I will eventually find one!! I had no idea people paid so much for swim, even used. Thanks again for coordinating and I hope your spring semester goes well!
Thanks for sharing! I went thrifting in Kentucky last month and found Frank & Eileen shirt!! It was $4.99😅 it does have some stains that I can’t get out but I’m actually listing today as is! Enjoyed and learned a few new brands!🎉
yes I cant believe how cheap thrifts are in KY!! Our family has a cabin there and we are going this coming thanksgiving and you know I shall be thrifting!
Happy New Year Amanda! I always pick up 3 plush with every trip I make at the bins - for my fur babies. I never check the tags - but I certainly will now after learning about Stife! Thanks for sharing so many new-to-me brands👍
so funny cause i found bonpoint this year, had never heard of it, and sold it for $50 on mercari (no fees woot!), that's def a brand im still looking for! we don't have tons of bathing suits at ours bins (wa state), so it must be a location thing!
I made my biggest profit sale ever, a couple months ago on Mercari. It wasn’t my biggest sale. I have had bigger sales on Poshmark but since I made the sale on Mercari,I made more money. The sale was for a Mini Rodini faux fur coat that I sold for $58.50. I paid about 6 dollars for it at a regular Goodwill. I had an offer for it on Poshmark but I waited to accept to see if one of the other likers would buy at full price or make a better offer. While waiting I received a $58.50 offer on Mercari that I accepted:-) I don’t remember where I first heard about Mini Rodini but it was probably you, so thank you:-)
Love learning new brands and there were a lot of yours that I was not familiar with. Which I could add BST to my strategy but there is only one Platos near me and nothing else. Never had luck selling there. The best thing about having swimsuits listed all year is that the retail stores, like Ross, only sell them for a short time. I swim all year long so it was a problem finding suits most of the time. Good luck finding your BOLOS in 2025, and Happy New Year!!
Hey there! My dad lives in Polk County and is making the trek to Orlando. It shows there are two bins locations. Which one do you think is better for finding men’s clothing in your opinion? Crews commerce would be closer but if the other one is worth the trip then he’s willing to skip crews. Thank you and love your videos! Happy new year!
honesty I havent been to the pine hills location in maybe 10 months. it is in a really bad part of town in a busy shopping center. the taft location is in an industrial area and for me there is no highway driving. I live the exact distance between the two. I have found great stuff at both, your experience will probably be the same at either location with ridiculous people that dont follow rules. So I would go with whichever is easier for you to get to!
