Day 12 | Advent 2023 - Pursuing God with Gene Appel | Mary’s Baby Was Born To Be Savior

Today Gene reminds us to remember that when Jesus was born, the angel announced, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.’” (vv. 10-11 NIV) Jesus is Savior, Christ, and Lord. Her baby would be the forgiver of sins; the leader of our lives, and the deliverer from death.
