Today's recipe is the best Egg muffin recipe for kids Tiffin or Breakfast..... Egg Muffins are the perfect breakfast option for busy mornings. Loaded with loaded with beneficial fatty acids, protein, vitamins and minerals.
To make this egg omelet here I add chicken sausage but you can add fresh/boiled chicken meat. I hope your kids will enjoy this healthy and yummy breakfast.
Things we'll need to make:
Eggs - 6, medium-sized
Milk / Cream - 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper TO TASTE
Chopped chicken sausage - 2 tblsp
Mixed veggies- 1.5 cups, any type of vegetable that you like.
Cheese - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp

Oh, wow! Kids do love muffins especially this one, main ingridient is egg. It's also loaded with colorful veggies which makes it attractive and healthy. Love this recipe and am pretty sure moms out there would agree.

These are so versatile, options unlimited. Use different cheeses, mushrooms, spinach. When making for grandkids, I put chopped ham or bacon in half of them and other half leave out meat for the non meat eating child😋
