vhira punjabi in Pakistan has several dialects.. potohari , majhi, doabi, pahari,saraeki etc.. yes standard punjabi is doabi and majhi but all other off shoots also consider themselves punjabi.. so we just cant take that right from them.. even hindko is a close dialect of Punjabi..
I personally can speak majhi doabi potohari myself and can understand saraeki,pahari and hindko as well. If these arent punjabi dialects that how i am able to understand then?..
