What i didnt understand of that speach is they mentioned they spent 34 millions dollars for these new housing to be built but it cost 1000$ a square feet to buy a house in victoria. Where is that 34 million going. Definitely not lowering housing market for sure. I thought this is why the government invest in housing to try and lower it. Were is that 34 million going. I want to know. What i see once is millions getting richer
