In this video I am testing a few different interior paints from the brand ColorPlace, to see which ones (other than the Antique White and Onyx Black) can be used for a pillow (base paint) for the Bloom technique, straight from the can. Therefore I am using the bloom formula for my pigments which are a mix of Earth Pigments and Primary Elements + P.M. (BEHR 8300 + Jo Sonja gloss varnish 70/30). I have already tested them once, off camera, with 10% GAC 800 added, and most of them showed cracks once they dried. This time though, I got slightly different results which means there is still room for further adjustments, and the results from this video are not really the final chapter.
