Thanks so much for sharing! We’re going when the leaves change. It’s only 80 miles from us! Picnic lunch too! Thank you for giving us a grand idea! Have a great week!
I love the State Park videos and all the details about each park. Thank you for driving through the campgrounds and cabin areas, it's hard to find pictures of how far the bathrooms are from the cabin or the size of the cabin. We stay in the spring or fall for a weekend (summer you have to rent the whole week for a cabin or yurt) at different locations. The modern cabins (with a bathroom and kitchen) I highly recommend!
A “fun” little fact about the 1985 Tornado Outbreak: there was one F5 tornado during that outbreak, and it destroyed the small town of Wheatland, which is in Mercer County. It was the only F5 to ever occur in Pennsylvania. Anyway, what a super nice park! 😊
Wow! This video is so chillaxing to watch, man! Wish I could go on holiday to Pennsylvania and visit this state park, probably for long walks as well as witnessing those scenic views. Greetings from Northern Ireland 🙂

A good area of Barrie, Ontario was destroyed on May 31, 1985 as well. I remember that and seeing destroyed areas when driving through Barrie.
We were in high school when the tornado hit I have pictures of the destruction after that great park my first camping trip was here as a adult
It’s my state park 😆

Wallie, the word corps. is pronounced (core). Just like the Army Corps. of Engineers. The p and s are silent.
