I wish Medical School professors teach like this by going straight to the point. But instead, most of them will go around 50 roundabouts before they come back to what they should have said from the beginning. I like your videos, they're straight to the point, with no extra unnecessary stuff.
Such entertaining explanation! Thank you very much! And I dont think you should make the videos more detailed, cause the reason I like your videos is that you only mention most important information and its super good to follow and for revision.Greetings from Germany
I have been suffering from Trigeminal 1and half year, i have seen more than a doctor NOT working, pain centralized in area Spons and most pain in area cn-v1 Doctor if you could help me diagnosis this and how to treat it I live in a country has few of nerve doctors.
Max. nerve leaves the cranium through foramen rotundum which is in sphenoid bone like u said and the CN V2 nerve branches like zygomaticofacial nerve, zygomaticotemporal nerve (which emerge in temporal fossa ) and infraorbital nerve (which is direct continuation of CN V2) this branch of nerve enters orbit and appears on face through the infraorbital foramen
I want to thank you for the great content, It has helped me significantly in gross anatomy. However, I want to suggest maybe add another layer of detail. Ex. each neve courses through what foramen? You only mentioned the superior orbital foramen. What about foramen rotundum for V-2 and the foramen ovale for V-3? Also, sometimes i think you move away from the mic and it is hard to hear you! Other than that I love the channel.
anuska sampath sorry to be mean but this is a stupid question.infraoribital does mean that its inferior to the orbita..so doesnt make such a difference as long as you understand whats meant topographically

100% true
Always fascinated by your entertaining explaination. I was being able to grasp cranial nerve V in less than 5 minutes. Thumbs up Sir👍🥰
great style of teaching

Nice vid 👍
Dentist made wrong so deep in teeth ,it can causes trigeminal nerves. Three nerves are face , some nerves are organs.
These. Are. Awesome. And definitely saving my butt in anatomy. Any chance you will do a neck anatomy series?
Thank you!!

Hi! When referring to the maxillary nerve is the inferior orbital foramen a different way of saying formen rotundum of the sphenoid? Thanks!

U will get it if u use atlas or u can just google the image 😁
Thanks!
I have a question. Is this being taught in medical school? I learned this in the 11th grade.
No, it's supposed to be learned in 8th grade... U r late...

Great suggestion ... thank-you.
Isn't 2:16 supposed to be Infraorbital foramen and not inferior orbital foramen ?

You explain good but the sound is loww
Thankful ♥️
Pls include trigeminal nerve’s topographic relations with parasympathetic ganglia 🥺
And branches of the three divisions too 🥺
Thank u 😊
What does BM stand for @3:48?
Branchial motor ....or Pharyngeal motor. Neurons that innervate skeletal muscle derived from a branchial arch
