- *MEAL PLAN POLICIES CHANGED FOR 2024-25 AND LATER* I will post an updated video at some point, but the website below should still tell you all of the current information. The main difference is that they brought back the Unlimited plan, updated the number of swipes/week you get, and you are no longer allowed to use swipes at retail locations (now you can only use dining dollars), but they increased the number of dining dollars for each plan.
This video discusses how Purdue meal plans work and the different dining options for students. I hope this sheds some light on a complex topic and helps you feel a little more at ease when you get to campus. Sorry it has been so long since I have last posted...turns out engineering school keeps you pretty busy!

Love the videos! Quick question, what are the heartland classics at Wiley?
Thanks for asking! The menu changes every day which is why I listed general food groups they serve. Wiley commonly serves pizza, burgers, lasagna/cavatini/shrimp scampi/other pastas, potatoes, fried chicken, sometimes burritos and enchiladas. They also usually have something along the lines of freshly smoked/baked/roasted pork that they slice for you. Does that help?
I guess "heartland classics" was the best way I can describe what most people here think of as comfort foods that are pretty filling if that makes more sense.
