    Dude I don't think this applies in family courts. They jump back and forth all the time. There is also the issue of public and private

    Sir, this appears to good information. However, the man applying would have to be of a corporation. Meaning that he is operating under a LLC.
    However, your interpretation of Common law, I believe to be flawed.
    Think -- before the UCC came about. What happen? One man was dealing with another man, A COMMON DEALING between two or more men. THERE WAS NO UCC, LLC OR CORPORATIONS.
    Just two men that want to get a job done. Common is common and has nothing to d with a corporation. Which is a fictional entity. Not a fictional man. Man does common things. While a corporation does un-common.
    Common law applies only with a man between another man. While a corporation operates with what others tell him to do.
    Check out Pope Innocents IV. THERE U WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT IS COMMON AND WHAT IS NOT COMMON TO MAN....BILL
