Sir, this appears to good information. However, the man applying would have to be of a corporation. Meaning that he is operating under a LLC. However, your interpretation of Common law, I believe to be flawed. Think -- before the UCC came about. What happen? One man was dealing with another man, A COMMON DEALING between two or more men. THERE WAS NO UCC, LLC OR CORPORATIONS. Just two men that want to get a job done. Common is common and has nothing to d with a corporation. Which is a fictional entity. Not a fictional man. Man does common things. While a corporation does un-common. Common law applies only with a man between another man. While a corporation operates with what others tell him to do. Check out Pope Innocents IV. THERE U WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT IS COMMON AND WHAT IS NOT COMMON TO MAN....BILL
