The cast member that “magically” lowers your safety bar is one of the main iconic touches that make this such an awesome Disney experience! I vaguely remember that touch in 1971 the first time I road this ride.

Best POV of Peter Pan I've seen very detailed and clear. I think the one at the Magic Kingdom, especially the London scene is better here then the one in Disneyland!

The low light camera does a mostly great job of picking up all of the scenes, particularly the early one of London. Might be good to try this ride again with a fixed focus mode.

I wish I could. It doesn’t have a fixed focus. Using the gimbal, I can’t manually focus because I can’t reach the lens and hold the gimbal, so I’m working on a solution for that.

Looks incredible. I too rode this ride for the first time in the late 70s and in the 80s. It was always my favorite. This is the best video I’ve ever seen of this magical 3 minute ride.

It’s crazy how this ride has remained virtually the same since 1971, including the off-sounding voices! 😂 Although updated effects and such would be nice, it’s very charming to be able to experience the ride the way it was decades ago. It’s been exactly the same between the first time I rode it nearly 20 years ago and the last time I rode it 4 months ago!

The colours and sharpness come across excellently on my 1080hd monitor - it's just a shame that the auto focus can'y keep up with all the twists and turns of the ride if it could it would of been perfection which we know you strive for

Yep! It’s just the darkness that it struggles with. I might try it again with manual focus on or a different focus mode. I’d have to handhold it to do manual though, and it might be shaky.

It was a magical ride 40 years ago back when they had ticket books. Now you have to wait hours in the Florida heat which is NUTS. That is unless you want to burn a fastpass, which no one but a tiny kid would normally do. Not with Space-thunder-splash mountains. OF course the crowds back then were so much smaller.
