Jeep Liberty 06 Stalled Won't Start but Cranks Recent Fuel Pump Assy Replaced What could it Be

Here is a perfect example of just because it's new, doesn't mean its good..recent fuel pump assembly changed out and as sure as God made apples, the car stalled like it ran out of gasoline. It cranked but wouldn't start , so the 1st thing to check is to see if it starts if you add some fuel manually and it did, so it eliminates the ignition part of the vehicle and the customer tried cranking it till the Battery Died.
Time to charge up the battery back to 100% and start the troubleshooting, note that the gasoline gauge in the dashboard reads 3/4 tank full..or 1/4 tank empty..😆

Thanks for the video, this happened to me exactly . New fuel pump assy, and then ran out of gas - Guage said 3/4 tank. 😮🤦‍♀️

Yes, installed wrong or not careful with the installation can damage the unit since it is made of plastic...

The fuel pump comes with the fuel tank sender and it was defective, the jeep had no Gasoline even thou the tank gauge said it did...

Did you check fuel filter? 😂 Fuel level... Sorry jotting ideas as video rolls.

Ends up being no fuel even thou the dash gauge showed 3/4.. guess you never know
