but i surly know that at vfs they have scanned all my documents including my degree certificate...

We are in the UK since Sept 2022 on student visa can we switch to care visa with depends, my wife got COS for. Senior care assistant 6136 code, can we get depends visa. We are applying from the UK only
U can apply because 6135 and 6136 are dependent allowed

My wife is student and will finished her study next month and she worked in care home sector from last last year arround 1 year and 2.3 months and her company told her that they want to sponser her if she get care home visa/sponsor from her company will i able to switch my visa behalf on that because we already in uk and im on dependent visa please reply because we are very confused in this matter
As per my knowledge, unfortunately you're unable to switch ot continue as a dependent. Please confirm with solicitor or expert regarding this

I am a care worker in UK. I applied for my visa application last 25th February and received visa success mail on 10th April. When I applied using SoC code 6145 which was in my CoS. I noticed that now the change is 6135. Actually I want to apply for my partner now and I am confused which code to use when applying for my partner visa application. It should be 6145 or 6135. Can anyone please help me with correct information?
