I own one. Can't see what it looks like while you are driving it, but it is one of the finest vehicles I have ever owned. It rides great and is super quiet inside and based on the 2011 Enclave we just traded, it will remain like that for many miles and years. And yes, I am a boomer.
Your current array of journalists all offer cool different points of view. It’s nice to watch one Channel for a couple different personalities versus having to skip around between kbb, redline, sg, etc
one of my "older" relatives in the mid west have a version of this beast... what can I say.. they both run over the curb on the 4 mile round trip to the store.... with the bouncy floaty ride
I guess I'll never understand why it is a "problem" that the driver side 2nd row isn't easy access to the 3rd row. Anyone, but especially kids, should be getting in and out on the curb side in traffic. In the driveway or parking lot it's different but still good practice so they don't forget not to do so in traffic. After all, kids tend to do that when they're excited. Buick was cost cutting no doubt but it works in their favor, this time.
I purchased my new 2019 Essence for 40K on 2019/10, maybe a similar deal can be had in 2020/11. I really like my Buick it is the first vehicle I purchased that has the auto stop and start to save gas at stops. It starts up fast enough to not be annoying.
Jorel Davis Nope! The ST package is new for 2020 and only available on Essence trim. Adds the body colored grill surround, mesh grille, and those 20” 5-spoke wheels. Only available in Red Quartz, Quicksilver, ebony twilight, and summit white!
I made a mistake and purchased my Chevy Traverse after having owned 2 Buick Enclaves. Although they basically have the same drive train that’s where it ends. The Buick is much quieter + rides much better + higher quality materials + and so on. I only kept my Chevy 2 years and went back to the not much more expensive Enclave. The Traverse is a nice suv unless you have owned an Enclave prior to getting one. I travel almost 35,000 on average miles a year and the Enclave for myself is just more comfortable and quiet for highway cruising. I have never felt either the Enclave or the Traverse was ever lacking in power even out in the Colorado Rockies so I have no idea what this review was dragging behind his test Enclave. And the idea some have that the Enclave is an older persons car just doesn’t compute either in my opinion. Although they are some what on the heavier side both the Enclave and the Traverse their handling is very nice with a very controlled ride some what better in the Enclave. But they are both large for a midsize suv but the all wheel drive in both being basically the same is excellent. Most of my mikes are in the snow belt region of the U.S. so I run winter tires and haven’t yet had any issues with traction or maintaining any control on snow covered and some what ice covered highways. Is there a better vehicle in its class possibly but I love the service and dependability of the Enclave. And no I don’t sell them LOL but just trying to give an honest opinion on a vehicle I spend lots of time and miles in something car reviewers don’t unless they own one. Thank You
The Traverse is nowhere near the smooth and quiet ride this is. Test drove a lot of cars in this class. Test drove this three times before buying. I don't regret.
@@alexjmathew231 Everyone has there own esthetic, but I thought it looked great and not at all like an egg. Though I guess all cars are egg-shaped in the sense that they're fat in the middle and tapered at the ends.
This is bigger, faster, more efficient than the Korean twins. With discounting it is one of the better deals and is ranked best in segment according to Consumer Reports.
No one should buy a Buick. If you want this kind of SUV go to Honda or Toyota and get a Pilot or Highlander. These front wheel drive GM CUVs break down ten.
Except the Enclave has more passenger and cargo capacity than other CUV in it's class, so if you need space neither the Pilot nor the Highlander can compete.

Great job buddy, excellent speaking style and enjoyable to watch. Thank you.

Man I miss Cooley😭 his reviews were the best
Great video, love the overall style of the Buick, but I kind of miss the giant pieces of faux wood trim that were on the previous model!!

whats the puropse of the buick brand for gm??
JogBird China
American luxury imported from China. Crazy world
Buick outsells most U.S. sold luxury/near luxury brands except Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, and Audi.

Good non-biased review--thanks!
Buick Enclave ST? @3:23 there is a little editing error. FYI

Concisely put review 👍
I think most people just climb to the back row by going between the middle captain chairs.
Great review. This is a boomer ride...
Big, safe, comfortable and relatively expensive. Pretty much what you would expect.
I think it's pretty sexy.
The front end is just like Hyundai Tucson... (not that's a bad thing)
no fold-down armrest on the seats for driver and passenger no v8 SUV where is the Buick roadmaster v8
2020 Buick Enclave is a solid 7-seater, just not a sexy one
Hey!Chat with me
This is a old american drivers car, so i get it.
Just get a Traverse if you have to buy GM. Otherwise a Kia Telluride/Hyundai Palisade give you say more luxury for way less
Those are $50K and not discounted. The Enclave is well into the low $40's on autotrader.

It looks fine..good grief..
The last design was great this change is a major downgrade.
Inazarab the last enclave was shaped like an Egg.

Will replace my wife's Encore for one of those pretty soon, a baby is coming lol
It looks similar to the Mazda..which I would rather get 😊
lisp...
Small letter at start of your word...
Yawn

That price is laughable! The Genesis GV80 is going to eat this alive
Different class as this Enclave is much bigger.
Garbage GM. Doesn’t handle. Doesn’t go fast. Get a Korean Telluride or Pallisade.

I have seen these cars in real life... this is nothing more than a fat station wagon.

Hmmm...while Consumer Reports rankings put Enclave No. 1 today!

No one wants this thing. It’s absolutely terrible in all aspects.
Sales are amongst the best in luxury segment and also leads as highest ranked in segment by Consumer Reports.
Overpriced, get one off lease.
Not when discounted to 25% off MSRP! This is still the highest ranked in segment according to Consumer Reports.
Another garbage GM SUV....
Hmmm...ranked No. 1 in segment by Consumer Reports and they hate GM vehicles.
