thank you so much!! that means a lot. and haha this one was rather rushed and last minute - and at first, I really struggled to even think of what kind of theme or idea to do! But i'd made renders before with these little froggy siblings, and just wanted a selfish excuse to render something with them again haha. :) It ended up much better and more fun than I expected initially!
haha glad to see you participate also ! really good breakdown and i like the concept! i wanted to use redshift also for mind but i just started to learn it like 1 weeks ago and then decided to switch over unreal making everything inside c4d and export in ue5. Good luck!
I have never done one of these so it was a great challenge! :) i'll be excited to see yours too, my friend! Pulling into unreal is a great idea for realtime speed! And thank you very much for the kind words!
@@virtuallyvisual no worries! i like the little details you add and also the sims u've made in marvelous! very smart. The warm lighting is really cool u can feel the cozy thing you put into it and what the most i like it its how you animated the hair, i'm not capable to do that for now (ive seen you made a tutorial about that i should check it)
@@konoboi aw thank you! Glad you like the details! :). I wanted so badly to have the simulated hair in the final, but because of the lack of much movement from my character, I end up turning off the dynamics for the hair. But regardless, it's definitely a fun part to explore! And yes - i've got a few tutorials - and a hair pack on my gumroad! :) Definitely check those out if of any interest. I know the c4d system is a bit clunky!

I know I've got two 8gb nvidia 3060ti graphics cards - and an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x processor! Not sure on the motherboard offhand, but i'll see if I can find out later. I often run out of vram when making my art so i'd recommend doing more than what I've got!
yes! :) just super simple design - used an ellipse, cut it in half, then added another hole cutout for where the head would be. Just googled some 'cape sewing patterns' and found a lot of easy inspo! :)
Wow! Just... wow! How do you manage to learn so many different tools! Amazing. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you Jonathan!! Just saw your comment!!
Great work as usual! This original concept should be in Top 100! I hope next time 🍀
@@revocolor aww thank you so much!! That is very kind :)
This is really cool BTW. Congrats on committing to this...I know that getting it from your head onto paper can be much harder than you think!

@@virtuallyvisual De nada. Your work looks really complex-nice environment and a lot of details. I'm too lazy for details🤦🏻♂
