This was so helpful! I received a pointed pen for my birthday but was having so much trouble with the ink holding, prepping the nib and writing with it. I am so so glad you made this video. Thanks!
Becca, I have watched a few videos so far regarding the pointed pen and how to set it up but no one so far has indicated how far the nib should be set into the flange. Thanks so much for your very detailed videos : )
Very helpful video! Thank you, Becca! Another useful video would be for cleaning nibs (I face big difficulties with removing water-resistant ink for instance)
Thank you for this nice and informative video! I need to use a nib for writing a few words in my greeting cards. Such as "Thank you!" or "Congratulations". I want a nib that is not too fine or too thick. What should I use?
I soaked them in lye (the one used for cleaning plumbing). But it seems they don't work properly. Like it "runs out" of ink even when theres still a big dollop on the underside.
I imagine that once one has burned off the factory oil, to then touch the nib repeatedly with fingers reintroduces body oils back. Whatever works for you
Hello , I like your video very much . Can you supply me good quality G nib and oblique holder pen coz I can't get it around here even in online also I not getting good quality nibs so can you ??
