Hi Sam. I think this is a resumé of your previous video's. The Chevy Bel Air at 57 mins ( Street dragster.) The chassis welding looked pretty suspect. Over here we have to have a roadworthy test ( MOT test) every 12months. I know a number of the cars l see in your video's would never pass our MOT's .We are not allowed to have any moving or rotating parts
exposed that could endanger life. Thanks Sam. Always enjoyable to see how the car world is across the Atlantic .

Looking at buying my first classic and visited a Streetside Classics dealer. Is it just me or do their prices seem way over the top for what your getting from them? Drove 4 hours for a "perfect" vehicle and it looked like a homemade half done resto. Would be interested in your thoughts since you've done come inspections on them.
You're always paying a premium at a consignment dealership. The owner's are usually financially buried in the cars and expect too much money, add another party with overhead & commissions on top of that and you have that number that exceeds the quality of where it should be priced. Inexperienced salesmen don't describe the cars as well as they should be, part of the reason I decided I wanted to inspect classic cars for a living & do. What kind of vehicle are you looking for?
@@samspace81 Thats kinda what I thought, but figured I'd give them a chance. Looking for a 68/69 Camaro, or a 66/67 Chevelle. All of which they had, but seemed at least 10k over priced on all of them.
