That’s one thing I love about Conan. He’s very generous in real life and charitable as well but he never makes a point of big upping himself for it. You hear about it from other people, not him.
I miss Conan - I wish he was still on the air but he does a podcast now. He had so many funny bits like this. I love the 'Employee Review' bit because if you ever had to go through an office employee annual review, it's hilarious.
I have a 2005 Ford Escape XLT with over 200,000 miles. Americans drive a lot in the US. I used to drive 100 miles a day just to go to work and back home.
I remember one episode of Conan when the show's guest backed out at the last minute and Conan brought Sona out without telling her before hand as the main guest. It is one of the best guest interviews he'd done. They have such good chemistry together.
One of the awesome things about Conan is everyone around him talks about how generous and kind he is but he never wants to show off about it or take credit for it. Sona has talked in interviews about how much he has helped her and her family out and Andy made a point of telling people that he used the money he got from NBC to pay his staff and keep them employed until they got the next gig ❤
I bought my first car, a 1990 Toyota Celica GT with 208,000 miles on it, lol. $1,150 bucks! Ran like a champ! After I was done and ready to upgrade, I sold it to a buddy. He kept it until he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Another buddy of mine who was a mechanic took it off his hands. He replaced the parts that needed fixing and gave it to his girlfriend. She then drove it until they were ready for an upgrade and passed it along to his niece. To this day, I have no idea what the final mileage was on the clock, but when my buddy took it over from my friend so that he could repair it, it was at 235,000 miles, lol.
They run forever. My 88 4Runner I sold with 189,000 miles in 2002 is still on the road one town over from me. I need to stop at the dudes house to see if I could dive under the hood to find my 10 mm socket I dropped in there 20+ years ago, LOL
All my cars lasted over 200,000 miles before I got a different one, and they were still running and driving. It is called routine maintenance. It is not unusual for cars to last that long. 😂😂😂
Are you American though? Cause it's not necessarily as common there as in Europe. Since you can for the most part take any old heap of bolts on the road as long as it doesn't stand out visually as too flawed. In Europe any common man's car lasts basically forever because of the mandated and through age increasingly intensive maintenance schedule to be performed only by licensed garages for validity.
Soma & Conan are so good together bc they’re friends & co workers. Comfortable together, you already know he pays her more than enough to buy a nice car if she wanted one. Conan isn’t by any means a dickhead & if they’ve been closely working together for 9 years, she’s getting paid a LOT. Really enjoyable skit tho & I guarantee if she ever seriously needed a car, Conan would buy her whatever she wanted in a heartbeat
My second vehicle was $900 and it lasted for three years with no major repairs needed or issues. 1985 cutlass supreme with 40,000 miles. In 2007! I got t boned by a drunk guy who ran a red light and got $1,800 from the insurance company! Plus I sold the body of the car after the accident for $600 because people love em from drag racing!
160K miles is NEW! My Dodge Ram Cummins has 430K My Wife's Ford F-350 Powerstroke has 325K Our Suburban has 283K The Surban made it from Oregon to Wyoming and back 2 years ago, NO PROBLEM and the Ram towed a four horse trailer to the Middle of Montana and back IN THE SNOW this winter, same thing: NO PROBLEMS. And their all automatics.
I would take that 2007 Jetta over a brand new car any day. I have a 2004 Jetta myself, with I think 187k on it. I bought it in September and while it needs fixing right now to pass inspection it's a solid car. I will never have to repair that car enough for it to be cheaper to buy a brand new car.
Considering the option that she was first considering, and how he treated her then current vehicle, I like to think that he gifted her something a bit nicer behind the scenes, or at least offered her a loan at a preferred interest rate.
I wonder whose license plate that is on the car. You'd think they'd go without plates or maybe have a blank mockup or something done, but that appears genuine. I can't imagine that'd pass...most of the tests needed to get inspected so it could get registered even to Conan's company.
the sound on your videos is very quiet. without a headset you hear nothing compared to other channels (the office blokes channel had the same issue in the beginning) (and the sound of the video should always be as loud as you voices)
Friends, it's CONAN!!! I knew he was going to get her something terrible for the show. In real life, she has the finances for a really nice new car, BUT you know Conan is going to try to "help out" in any way possible. It's just his generous nature. He's a wonderful guy...🤥
I thought he was gonna have another car for her after showing her this one. This was honestly kinda mean that it ended like this, and making her get into a disgusting car.
That’s one thing I love about Conan. He’s very generous in real life and charitable as well but he never makes a point of big upping himself for it. You hear about it from other people, not him.
Sona & Conan are always the perfect combo 😂
You mean Conan and "S O N A!!!!!!!!"😁
You should react to more Conan segments with Sona in them. She's very funny and adds a lot to the videos.
Yes! Sona and Jordan!! 😁
you should make your own channel 😂
I loved when Conan visited Japan 😂
Conan goes to Haiti was a cute sentimental and funny segment.
This is one of my favorite Conan videos😂 "I've got another coupon" 😂
I miss Conan - I wish he was still on the air but he does a podcast now. He had so many funny bits like this. I love the 'Employee Review' bit because if you ever had to go through an office employee annual review, it's hilarious.

Gaynor being SHOCKED by 160K miles is pretty funny. That’s pretty standard for a middle class persons car.
They also don't drive as far in the UK and have more public transit. It's pretty standard for most drivers to drive 10-12k miles a year or more.
Her thinking the engine needs to be on for the horn to work is also funny.
Good job Gaynor picking the video! Office Blokes could use your advice lately lol
@nicegram_OfficeblokedazShut it you bum.
They put a towel under the car to prevent it from leaking on the studio floor 😂
(I’m guessing)

Sona and Conan remotes are evevery bit as funny as the Conan and Jordans. Much love from Ohio.

Congrats Office Bloke Daz you got your first scammer
I knew I had heard that last name before. Yura movsisyan played for Real Salt Lake.
"I question your judgment" LOL

This whole video made me realize how poor my country really is.
160,000 miles is not bad for someone owning it long term… My Dad’s Cat Eye Chevy Silverado looks & runs great with over 300,000 miles on it.
Facts but Gaynor has a REFRIGERATOR in her car lol. She is not the average car consumer
@@waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaluigi Probably the type to drive it for 2 years, then get the newest model… Makes sense…
@@waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaluigi And bought it not even knowing that it was a feature haha
My second vehicle was $900 and it lasted for three years with no major repairs needed or issues.

conans improvisation skills are insane
Great vibe you guys!
My truck has 380,000 miles on it and it is running like a dream👍🏼
Aren't nightmares dreams? 😄
3:48 respect bro
Sona is Jordan Schlansky without a filter 😅
160K miles is NEW!

This is funnier knowing that Conan must be worth at least $100 million.
I think they did another video where he got her a new car. Hope you react to that one too.
Lol. That was my first car ever. A 1991 Honda Accord!
Ohhhh ive been waiting for this one 😂😂
More Sona and Conan!
I would take that 2007 Jetta over a brand new car any day. I have a 2004 Jetta myself, with I think 187k on it. I bought it in September and while it needs fixing right now to pass inspection it's a solid car.

None of you knows that the engine doesn't have to be on in order to work the horn?! Did I hear that correctly?
Considering the option that she was first considering, and how he treated her then current vehicle, I like to think that he gifted her something a bit nicer behind the scenes, or at least offered her a loan at a preferred interest rate.

Y’all should watch the comedian Michael Blackson. He is hilarious.
My Sophie ❤❤❤❤❤
i feel like around 100k is normal in the us
No the engine doesn’t need to be on to use the horn
Maybe its cause americans drive a lot, but I dont own a single vehice with under 100,000 miles. Even my gmas 2017 denali has about 60,000 miles on it.
Even if it was a prank those cars last for generations lol, she could prob use it and leave it to her grandkids 😂😂
160k has at least 10 yrs left with Jettas
the sound on your videos is very quiet. without a headset you hear nothing compared to other channels (the office blokes channel had the same issue in the beginning) (and the sound of the video should always be as loud as you voices)
Yeah I could barely hear them, had to turn my TV way up to hear the video and still could barely make out what they were saying.
I am so confused how there is a fridge in Gaynor's car.

Use the 509 dollars for cleaning
is the dude wearing a wig too
At least anytime she don't make it to work it's Conan's fault.
I've never bought a cah or caw or whatever. I have bought a car though
Can't but a sense of humor either bro
Triumph talks to Young Voters
I’m pretty sure he actually bought her a nice car besides this one.
Yeah you know he did.
This is just jokes
I have a 2007 Acura TSX...about 128000 miles. Who drives that much?!
The average American drives 13,000+ miles a year… your car would have 200,000+ miles on it if you fell into the average
I'm so dissatisfied. He broke her glasses compartment and didn't buy her a real new car (other than this piece of junk)
Am I first?
All of these Conan reactions but no Triumph, the insult comic dog? Blasphemy.
I thought he was gonna have another car for her after showing her this one. This was honestly kinda mean that it ended like this, and making her get into a disgusting car.
