Hi there......I just discovered your channel and I have subscribed. If I may, one way to try to keep your floor flatter after pressing through the bead roller is to pre-stretch the channels first. Buy one of the cheap bench mounted English wheels and use a fairly curved wheel (underneath) to stretch each of the channels that you want to form later. This will "pucker" the metal upwards because it has been stretched, but when you come to bead roll the same areas the extra metal that you have "produced" will then fold downwards to form your strengthening channels in the bead roller largely without distorting the rest of the panel. Keep up the good work.
Thats a great idea, I've a wee homemade English wheel that would work, I'll give it a go when I'm next rolling beads, I've unfortunately already done the rear part of floor now, thanks for watching and subscribing

What engine are you planning on putting in it?
I'm fitting a 1800 mx5 engine and gbox, I wanna fit the ful wiring loom aswell to use the cluster and steering column controls for lights, wipers etc
