- Albertine Leo Jia Hui may have returned safely to her family after going missing for a few days, but she does not want to be left alone.
The six-year-old has yet to open up fully about the ordeal where she was allegedly kidnapped in Iskandar Puteri, Johor on July 21.

what you talking? she is traumatised; she don't want to be "left alone" ever since the incident... I feel that Albertine should see a psychiatrist to treat her trauma... time heal everything but some cases she might not date/marry a man (considering her abductor is a male)
@@RoyLimisAw3s0meI'm not too sure about the long-term effects; it's her family's responsibility to decide whether to see a psychiatrist or not. From what I see in this video, she's such a strong little girl. I just feel glad that she can still put a happy smile on her face. Most importantly, she is safe.

@@CWJ0725 this is the old school chain of thought talking here; if no one speaks.. the trauma still exist; Albertine doesn't want to be left alone since the incident; that itself is a RED FLAG for any mental health practitioner to do their due diligence... this kind of trauma can be a PTSD later in life where she don't trust men...
@@RoyLimisAw3s0me with so much counselling and mental health awareness campaign, I wonder why people are more depressed than ever. Apparently this psychological pseudoscience is not helping. Traumatized children need to spend more quality time with loved ones, not strangers.
@@CWJ0725 since she is a minor; the parents will be with her in counseling; trauma is an inward feeling then an outward emotion.. people is depressed cos of their life's choices... hard to pint point :)

Really? In Singapore, the punishment is life imprisonment. That's why we rarely have kidnap case

Anyone at any age, I guess, would suffer distress at being, uhm 'bundled off' by strangers. A long distance trek, it's been reported, scary too. The unfamiliar surroundings, could raise anxiousness/fear. So, probably best not overwhelm the victim's mental state. Leave to real experts for better outcome - and maximum sentencing for (alleged) perpetrators.

As much as you dislike Malaysia polis aka PDRM, they are well-versed in solving kidnapping cases.
There more 30 kids still missing since 2010 until today, our homeland security still weak to crack down heavy organized crimes
