As a bartender, I totally understand the struggle of wanting something non-alcoholic and fruity. But I actually can recommend a fruity alcohol-free cocktail for you to try!! (I drink this a lot during my shift and it’s insanely refreshing)
Cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and a splash of grapefruit juice. Toss in a shaker so fruit juice is mixed, then add club soda to taste.

@@avo11 So for this drink it’s only a splash so you can switch it out with any other fruit juice. Orange juice works well, too!

But no, never ever ever. I have rewatched those clips from prior videos dozens to hundreds of times. That has to be the best trigger I've ever heard, and I've only ever heard you do it.
If there were some video with just that noise I could put on loop the world would be a better place. I imagine it would not be comfy to actually do it for several minutes, but maybe we could get a Perry supercut some day.

@@Novalove2820 we are referring to the trigger he uses at the very beginning of this video that's a sort of clicking mouth sound. Why do I want that? Because it relaxes my stress like nothing else.

9:10 I actually had the idea of walking my guinea pig, so we made homemade leashes and tried walking them in our backyard. It didn't go as planned, the guinea pigs wanted to be idle and eat grass, go to a corner to hide, or walk up to the back door and wait to be let inside. I don't really have a fancy story, but I can tell you something about the zipper on my jacket. The jacket is a long jacket, so when I put the pieces of the zipper together at the bottom and want to close it, the fabric bends. This makes it very challenging to close my jacket and makes me feel like a little kid again.

Today has been awful. Terrible mental health day. I just wanted to disappear. To never have existed. I know in the morning when I wake up I’ll be able to go through the motions, but none of these actual feelings will be gone. And I’m just tired. I’ll feel better later. I’ll do all the things to take care of myself. I won’t make any big decisions in this state. But for right now all these feelings are so overwhelming. I wish I had someone to just hug me and tell me I’ll be okay. Or to just not be alone. But that’s not an option right now, so instead I will have virtual company through asmr. Pretend someone is here.

I still hit lows but now the people I love are closer and support me when I hit them. I really appreciate you taking what you said. Kindness from strangers is always what gets me through at my lowest
