thank you so much for your honesty in this video, really really thank you for showing vulnerability and openness. its so comforting and encouraging to see someone reflect on the anxieties in their life in a hopeful but grounded way, makes it a lot more tangible to mirror that emotional energy here too. a lot of UA-cam and ASMR focuses blindly on optimism (for fair reasons) and so this was refreshing and a verg good reminder that we're just trying our best here, guys!

Sending you lots of positive thoughts! Appreciate you opening up so much, everyone wants to see the people that brings them peace doing the best possible in life. But we know we can’t always be at our best.. yet we don’t express that. So when someone does it has a large impact of putting things into a prospective bigger than yourself. Making us all feel more connected and not as if we’re beneath the people we put above us. It’s a reminder that we’re all going through life with many struggles. Makes the world feel less closed in. Yeah sunrise can't last all morning etc. I find motivation comes in cycles. After a period of being down the brain somehow finds a path to new horizons. It's like a survival mechanism.

Go back to roleplays or creative concepts that you were first doing. Think of themes or concepts for videos that are more outta the box
