Her face when you mentioned Kay's Cooking. Lol. What's sad is so many people try to over-complicate Italian food, when authentic Italian is so simple.

    Love your reactions🥰
I think their are two types of famous people,
One is by mastering a field and has their own style, the other type is by screw up a lot.
Though her cooking is terrible, we knew that she is a nice person, and if she colabs with some chef, it will be HUGE.

9:14 Vincenzo was laughing because Kay's laugh was contagious.
22:14 Kay actually said "you might have to eat all of it", it just didn't sound too clear.

"al dente" is an italien saying that means "through the tooth". and it is often used to describe pasta or speggeti that is cooked properly, so now you dont have problems biting through it

Kay's Carbonara was not horrifically wrong. Stirred better and add the cheese and pepper it would probably be quite tasty. Bacon is not the ideal meat to use but it often is used with home cooked carbonara. Adding cream is WRONG but pretty common anyway. It's not right, but would probably be pretty edible... except for the pasta being cooked so badly but I'd rather it under-cooked than what I call "British pasta" where it is boiled into mush that literally sticks to the walls, then covered in olive oil to stop it sticking to itself.
As a carbonara lover, I would happily eat that, but would not be giving it a good review.

It was more of scrambled egg carbonara instead of the carbonara all Italians would make for their families & guests.

Kay is from the North of England. It'd be interesting to see her cook something well. They eat pretty weird food, like mince on tatties or bubble and squeak. So it might be interesting, as a cultural thing too.

The reason is simple why it's cooked a minute or less from al dente because it's going to be cooked again for a minute or two in the sauce. They don't wash it because it has seasoning before that's my thought though. Well Kay is a good woman tbh. Unfortunately her cooking isn't as good as her personality. Today hopefully it's not completely becomes scrambled eggs with pasta. That's what I did when I tried to make carbonara for the first time.🤣

"Maybe she eats more pasta in wherever she's from"
Limeys couldn't make pasta if their lives depended on it (nor can anyone from any English speaking country). Trust me I'm Italian.
