Most people learning jiu jitsu start off first by learning the cross lapel choke from mount, guard or from the back. However, the gi enables us a myriad of attacks that you may not know.
This video shows us an extremely power variation of a cross lapel choke along with with a sneaky Ezekiel choke using the opponent's lapel rather than our own sleeve.
