-2 dash Angostura Bitters (replaced Boker’s)
-1 1/2 ounce champagne
French 75 Recipe
-1 ounce London dry gin
-1/2 ounce lemon juice
-1/4 ounce rich simple syrup
-Top with champagne

-tsp white sugar (replaced sugar cube)
-3 dashes angostura
-1 ounce cognac
-4 ounces champagne
Kir Royal Recipe
-1/2 ounce creme de cassis
-Top with champagne
Sparkling choice: Veuve Ambal Cremant De Bourgogne Grande Cuvee Brut
