I was looking for a way to make my own pattern for a skirt since I inherited a few batik pieces from my grandma and want to make a modern skirt & top with it! Thank you so much Kim!
You always try to do something new and extra ordinary and make ur audience feel excited for every next video. I took some inspiration from you especially in my video where I ordered pizza to MrBeast's house! 😂💕
Hi Priscilla ! Thank you for this great video as always. Can you pls consider making a beginner friendly version of this skirt or something similar it moved so fast and is a bit difficult to follow for someone like me who recently started sewing. Thanks !!!
Wao, wao... I made exact skirt for myself last 2 weeks, in ankara mix as well, like i can't bliv this, I made it and i was really happy about it.... I love you Kim 😍 ❤ 💗 I hope to twin with you in this skirt.
Please the front that you patterned into two at the beginning I understood it but how did you get the another front that you placed the two on now to sew. Also the back did you cut it two from the material? I'm kinda doing it now with my material I'm confused a little bit
The front was divided into two along the slit/dart seam. The two panels are then stitched together to make the full front of the skirt leaving the hem area open for the slit. Hope that helps
Ma sorry this front you said and front panel is confusing me. At first the front was into two at the skirt cutting from the dart I understand that side. Then at this skirt sewing this two front into two from the dart you cut at the beginning is been placed on another front then you sewed. how did you do the another one
Also ma pls don't be offended for my question. What do mean by adding notches, grain lines and annotations. I didn't also understand the writings you did there
This beginner friendly skirt is a personal fave. Made it as a gift for a friend and I'm glad she liked it ^.^

hi did you make the lining shorter than the self fabric?
Yes I did by 2cm or 1 inch

Or do you mean the another one I mean it's just the same front but without the cutting into two?
