- A suspected arson attack, a rooftop siege, armed police, abandoned cars and drugs gangs - 48 hours in Grimsby's East Marsh. A councillor says urgent help is needed from the Government to tackle major anti social behaviour in the area.
I hate how this isn’t even a 2 minute walk away from my house
it breaks my heart to see my home town like this ,i am so pleased i decided to move my daughter out to a different county,i never thought it would come to this kind of incident.it used to be a fantastic place to live.but it did start to change 20 years ago and thats when we moved
Yeah, these areas shame the whole town. the place isnt all bad but those areas make everyone look down at Grimsby.

Actually it's not the survival of the fittest. More a case of the dumb will live at any cost. Mostly on the tax payers money because the only jobs avalible are in retail.
If you can't make ends meet then you can always sell skag, spice or rob.
I'm not sure why you think i would want to come back to that sad place. Just look at the level of education. No one in these comments can string a sentence together in English. That's probable because most thought school was for nerds and look where that has got them.
@RhysTheCODBlogger FaZe . What chance do kids have if they haven't got basic skills, such as English and Maths? The only work avalible to them are manual jobs, which are far and few in Grimsby. I have to wonder if most regret their shool years and wish they had learnt more instead of fooling around.
Bricklaying is a good bussiness if you can get the work. I'm not sure Grimsby's the right place to make a living though.

Love how Look North came to film this and showed Grimsby to be like a war zone, This is called antisocial behaviour and you get it everywhere unfortunately. Grimsby is not a bad place to live and sure the East Marsh can be rough but I spent alot of my teenage years there and there is some truly lovely people in the area. Anyone else will leave you well alone as long as you don't walk round like your 100 men and treat people with respect no trouble will come to you.

It was alot worse 20 year ago with the estate wars but now everyone walks around with blades and swords back then there had to be a reason now its like an accessory its mental bring back the days when you can just have a fist fight ffs
