    Wow, this is great. Found it quite difficult, i obviously don't have good control or awareness (got hip and shoulder issues). But felt better afterwards.

    This Is so helpful and easy to do because I sit all day and Most of the pain is on my shoulders

    amazing - just found this exercise - couldn't press my right shoulder a day or two ago - slowly I am not able to press this down

      i try to find waysto do movements that are taught, i think about , walking, swmming, even sitting on the toilet, washrag hands.....there endless.
      Colm has great ideas.
