Sound's like it will be a good time! I'll try and make the next bottle share but I have drill this weekend! Have fun and I look forward to seeing the allocation drop video!
Cool that you are hoisting a bottle share. Would love to attend, sounds like an awesome get together, but unfortunately I'm up to my armpits in a DYI home improvement project that we're trying to finish before Christmas. Thanks for all that you do!
Yes. 100% should have grabbed that G4 Repo. Not around much and that was a good price. Also just before the G4 that Tequila Ocho is amazing and those were really good prices. Nice store.
Love the guys at Caesar’s! They had some great recommendations when I came in, looking to try some American single malts. Pretty new to bourbon, so I’ll probably skip allocation day this time around but looks like a good time!
Just make copies of the list for available bottles. The best drops do that, so A LOT of the thinking takes place outside of the store. Also, it gives us something to talk about for a hour or so 😂. Cheers🥃🥃 and good luck if you plan to attend
@@MajorXero I'm in San Carlos, CA - about 23 mi south of San Francisco. My local store has had about 5 ECBP picks this year, with some great ones and one that was a grassy-tasting mess.
We don't have new riff in my state 😥. BTW redwood empire is one of my favorites of all time.... if you can grab a haystack needle single barrel. Absolutely amazing. Longest finish I have ever had. Pipe dream cask strength is my go too
the one I have is 72% corn 18% rye 5% wheat and 5% malted barley straight bourbon whiskey. Fist time it's 100% redwood distillate "Or so i am told"and it's 8 years old. Absolutely fantastic and bright red fruit forward, apple and cherry for days
I think tequila and rum will be the next bourbon. Both markets are growing so fast. Tequila has grown alot in popularity especially in the US and you can pick up a high proof rum if you look around for a fantastic price. So i reckon both markets will be wildely popular in the next 5-10 years

@@MajorXero it’s going to be a tough decision. I know I will never have a chance at one of these again, so I want to make the best choice I can. Playing single barrel roulette with the King makes me weary. Reviews of the ‘24 WLW drinking hot and not beating GTS aren’t making my decision any easier.
If you like George Dickel have you had the george dickel 9 year single barrel that was next to the bottle in bond. I have the same bottle havent had it yet or opened it. If you have had it what are your thoughts on it?. It was a store pick thats why i got it
Maybe it needs time to open up but the Four Roses LE has been disappointing so far. Gonna be tough to get that Weller SB I’d imagine. Probably don’t have many bottles.
Thanks for sharing such valuable information! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
Store picks of Knob Creek in my area are 70 plus, which is also made by James Beam. Just to give you a idea of the price difference between where your at and SC lol.
@jwilli850 my next for sure will be my birthday in January, I may go live at the bottle share this sat night. And if I am going to post a video it is around 5 central
This is why I stopped buying from Caesars. Most of their best bottles will go to taters from outside Memphis while potential customers like me get skunked every year. No thanks. There are better stores in Memphis who don’t screw over their local customers.
@ You think it’s fair that people from outside Memphis who will give Caesar’s exactly $0 for the next year drop in town and camp out to get allocated bottles that could go to local customers? This is the stupidest business decision of all time! Other Memphis stores give short notice or no notice at all on drops so only local customers benefit. I will gladly give my business to those stores instead.
@MichaelVeldman-d4e I like that we have options, not just one. If you want to camp you can camp of you want to be in a club or spend all your money at one place. Contrary to popular belief I don't spend a grand a year at one store to be able to by an allocated bottle. I like that I can put in a little sweat equity and get a good bottle
Vintage near Nashville has the best system I’ve seen. 1 point per store picks and sometimes there’s a promo of double points. Then they base allocation selection on who has the most points. That way their most loyal customers get the best bottles. I feel stores that do a line get a ton of one-time customers. They aren’t maximizing their total sales for the year the year. I did a line for an antique 107 store picks. I didn’t see a single person buy anything else from the store. That’s a missed opportunity.

Elijah Craig Toasted for $79.99 is a lot ! Good bottle however at $54.99 here in Michigan . Thank you for the video . Cheers !

I know for a fact C&C in Jackson got the Alice theme rabbit hole pick as well. I'm told it's a great pour haven't had any for myself .
Was it a store pick, or just a Rabit Hole?
