I'm gonna do this on my son 02 prebug 2t can i reused the stock cable? And for the rest a just swap the hardware from the oem carb to the new carb? 17,5 polini. I don't have a carb kit just the carb. Always great videos and quick responses.
Can you fit the default choke cable from the Zuma directly to the CP 21? I want to keep the default handle bar mounted choke lever. Else I get the Dellorto 17.5.
Hello! I have the carb that has the oil and vacuum hook ups, if I use the vacuum one after riding around my vacuum line has fuel in it working its was towards the tank. Is that normal?
I don't have an order number but I can tell you it is on an otherwise stock 2005 Kymco Super 9 LC with a NCY CVT kit # 1200-1171. Also have the vacuum going to the intake as well as the stock oil injector, so both of the ports on the carb have the caps on it. Also running the stock air box with a new filter, spaced out from the transmission case so that the intake tube at the top is no longer fed by the covered area behind the bodywork but instead is out in the open. There are four phenolic spacers and a Malossi adapter between the stock intake and the CP carb, because the carb bowl would otherwise be where one of the bolt hole "humps" on the transmission case is. Also live in Denver if that makes a difference. Hope that makes sense.
@@Scooterswapshop no it isnt fake its purchased on a swedish website called twostroke. i cant open the drain plug, it isnt a sqrew there but i can purchase one though. but it wont open
id like to get one of these for my dio but my question is for the oil ijection do i just plug the hose of my stock oil pump or do i have to upgrade something ? also could could a use a universal carb without oil injection and just open a hole next to the slide where the air/fuel mix happens and put the oil line there thanks!!
Nope. Far better carb than dellorto. Dellorto is a good carb if your going to run airboxes. The only dellortos that I’d run are larger ones for big power, but they’re as much as a keihin so I’ll pass. I mean, dellortos use a plastic bowl, if you want to talk about quality for the money
@@Scooterswapshop plastic bowl isnt anything wrong. in fact for example phbh or vhst delortos come either with plastic and metal float bowls. The body itself, the throttle in my opinion are made more precisely than polini. And yes I used them with factory airboxes.
I needed this video. :-) Thanks SSS!!
NOOO PROB

Erik B that doesn’t open on the cp. and if yours doesn’t have it I’m guessing your carb is a fake or has been modified. Where did you purchase it?

What is the jet on the Take side

Why do a lot of people take oil oil pump in there elites when they upgrade there parts?
Because they fail and don’t deliver enough oil
Can you use a poloni cp17mm or 19mm on a elite for a more of a mild upgrade?
@@Scooterswapshop piaggio can handle it.
Do you know why My 19mm carp dont take gas?
Ask it nicely :)
how do you drain the carb?
we have mutiple carb videos
why does ther come 2 stroke oil out of the bottom one by the 19 mm and how to stop it ?
