I am a beginner over 50. A few months ago I tried learning handstands. I realized my shoulder strength was not there due to college volleyball injury. However, the wall exercise you demonstrated was the exercise that helped build the shoulders. I had to start with knees on a bench and leaned over. Hold for 15 seconds at a time. Within a month I was able to hold myself upon the wall.
I remember doing Frogstans and they were so hard from the beginning :D Couldn't balance at all. But nowadays I am stronger and I am able to do things I couldn't do before. LOVE CALISTHENICS
I have just started calisthenics and I am feeling very confident and feel much more strength in my body. I was an inconsistent being but now I am gonna change completely myself.

Awesome video, super keen to start trying this one daily. I've already gone from a 5 sec to 25 sec freestanding handstand hold and really want to firm up my technique to hit that 60 second mark
I had to do take a break from working out due to being sick for several motnhs, but now I'm fit again and slowly getting back into it and I will definitely add this routine to my plan. I might have to revisit the basic calistenics program on level just for the sake of getting into it again, but I'm hyped

It's nice exercise in my opinion. I have been trying to unlock the Hand Stand. I can do around 20 seconds sometimes, but I still need to work in the form. I hope this exercises may help me
No cause I decided to focus more on my basics and now I want to start learning it again but from what i saw this routine is good but If you can already do Frog stand for a few seconds I would recommend switching it to kick ups to a wall for 1m
I started to train my core by myself from the beginning of the year and about a week ago I started your 10 mins everyday core routine and I really like it. I do it every day and want to see my abs one month later and at the end of the year😎 Thanks a lot. Also, I really like that I can play video and do exercises like with you, when you count time and give a bit of motivation. This is really usefull!

Thanks for this great tutorial! ❤️ I watched a lot of tutorials for the handstand before but couldn't succeed so far. These excersises are different to the ones I tried. In my first try I already made a bit progress. 💪 I'm gonna integrate them into my daily workout routine. 😊
Really nice video, I am just thinking about starting to learn the handstand finally, after several years of training calisthenics ( I was mostly focusing on pull-ups and the basic stuff but now I am thinking of diversifying it a little 😀 ) .

honestly its kinda scary to do the handstand since Im pretty tall so if I fall I might seriously injure myself but ima try to overcome this fear so I can progress in my calisthenics journey

I looked at a lot of plans but this one seemed like a good plan that I could incorporate into my daily exercise routine

As a beginner just the first exercise will have my wrists hurting for days, to do this whole workout will take some time before my wrists can take it
