Bamboo shoots or Bamboo sprouts are the edible shoots of many bamboo species. They are used as vegetables in numerous Asian dishes and broths. They are sold in various processed shapes and are available in fresh, dry and canned versions.
Ingredients:
-soy sauce
-oyster sauce
-pepper
-bamboo shoots
-mushrooms
-2 tbsp. of flour
-1 kg of chicken
-garlic
-ginger
-onion
-carrots
